Epic fail

[Leighton's POV]

She's staring at me the whole fucking time, she's annoying and kinda adorable. I'm trying not to think about her, I have to finish this paperworks tonight but she's occupying my mind. It's already 4 in the afternoon, I didn't even finish the half of it. Because of her! I'm thinking about her, the way she stares and smiled at me.

Pinipilit ko pigilin yung kilig ko kanina habang nakatitig siya sakin, buti na lang at sinuway ko siya agad. Kung nakita niya na nagblush ako, baka iba pa isipin niya. Maski ako di ko maintindihan yung nararamdaman ko.

Right now, I think di ko matatapos lahat ng 'to dahil wala ako sa katinuan ng isip ngayon. I'll talk to the judge later to extend my case. Ugh, I want coffee!

Naisipan kong pumunta sa mall para magrelax sa starbucks, I ordered my favorite Espresso frapuccino.

I sat outside because the weather is so calm and smooth. I'm reading a romance book entitled 'Upside Down' that I buy earlier. While reading the 2nd chapter, someone sit beside my chair.

"Hi gorgeous. Would you mind If I sit here?" A tall guy with a well waxed hair asked me.

I just look at him without any reaction.. Tapos nilingon ko yung mga bakanteng upuan.

"There are lots of vacant seats Mr." I said.

Inayos niya yung upuan niya tapos lumapit pa sa akin, "It's comfortable here." He smiled, he's cute but I don't do boys. "What's your name Miss?" He asked.

I raised my eyebrows, "Listen tall guy, I'm not in the mood to get to know each other blah blah. Go find another seat. Don't disturb me." Pagsusungit ko.

Imbis na umalis siya, kinuha niya yung phone niya.. "Can I at least have your number? By the way, I'm vince." Inabot niya yung kamay niya to shake hands with me pero wala akong balak iabot ang kamay ko.

He's annoying! I want to punch him in the face. Ugh

"Cass!" He shouted to the girl na naglalakad palabas ng starbucks.

Lumapit ang isang babae, "Oh hey vince. Andito ka pala." Nagbeso sila sa isa't isa.

Lumingon siya sakin, "And who's this gir- Le leigh? Is that you?" Nilapit niya yung mukha niya.

Biglang lumakas yung tibok ng puso ko.. Anong nangyayari sakin. "Cass." Tanging nasabi ko, speechless.

So ang nangungulit saking lalaki sa tabi ko ay ang vince na kababata ni cass? Wow, Ang liit ng mundo.

Nanlaki yung mata ni cass, "Bakit kayo magkasama?!"

"No we're not. I'm trying to get her number then I saw you." He explained. "Wait.. You know her?" He added.

"Yes, She's my law-"

"I'm her friend!" I exclaimed, pagputol ko sa sasabihin ni cass. Di niya pwedeng malaman na ako ang lawyer.

Tinitigan ako ni cass na nakanuot yung noo. "Right cass?" I said blinking my right eye so she would notice that I'm lying in the situation.

"Ow. Yeah yeah. She's leigh, my college friend." Finally she get it.

I nodded, "Yes I am. We're good friends."

"That's great. Uhm, Hi leigh. It's so nice to meet a beautiful girl like you tonight. I'm Vince Montes." Inabot niya yung kamay niya.

Inabot ko naman agad ang kamay ko, Kailangan kong lumusot para di niya mahalata. "Pleasure to meet you Mister Montes."

Ayaw niya bitawan yung kamay ko, may magnet ba yung kamay ko?
