Chapter 10

*Morgue*

"What the hell!?"

*Imagine Kate with Ryan*

"Is this what he was feeding?" Ryan asked as he and Kate are standing in front of the wooden table, looking at the arm.
"I hope not" Kate replied, grimaced as Ryan stares at the moving arm.
Ryan noticed a tag in its hand and reached out, trying to grab it.

But...then suddenly...

A bear trap appeared out of nowhere and immediately trapped two of Ryan fingers.

Scream!!!!!

Wince...Wince

Kate held her hands to her mouth as Ryan in pain and agony uses the machete to open the bear trap.

But the end of the machete breaks, Snap! falling inside.
Causing the bear trap to tighten again, Scream!!
"Ugh! Ah!" Ryan cries out Kate tries to hold back tears.

"K-Kate..."

"You have to do it, Kate" Ryan tells her, making her eyes widened.
"What!? N-No wait, I can't do that!" Kate exclaimed, shaking her head with tears in her eyes.
"We're haven't got any other choices, Kate Ryan said back.
"And I can't chop off my fingers" he added.
"T-there must be another way" Kate stuttered and Ryan comfort her with his free arm.
"You can do it, Kate. I believe in you" Ryan told her back as he let go of her and handed the girl the machete.
Kate breath in and out as she accepted the machete from Ryan, trying not to shake.
She hesitated for a moment...before Kate went and started to cut off his fingers.

Screaming!!!!

Blood spurting out as Kate continues to cut, until two fingers are left in the bear trap.
Ryan craiged his hand and remaining fingers as Kate looked around the morgue.
Then Kate eyes landed on a half empty medical kit.
She went up to the first aid kit and opened the lid, taking a look inside.
Kate found a roll of bandages and quickly rushed over back to Ryan.
She went and carefully wrapped Ryan fingers with a bandage.
Applying as much pressure and being gently as she can.

"Okay"

"You're going to be fine, Ryan. The bandage will stop the bleeding" Kate tells him as he looks at his wrap up hand.
She handed Ryan the gas lamp and he grabbed it with his good hand.
Ryan and Kate went over to the body drawers, opening them one by one to see if they could find the key card for the Chapel door.

"Oh my God!"

Kate has opened a body drawer with an uncovered corpse, "Don't look! Don't look!" Ryan yelled as he pulled her head into his chest.
"Ugh...fuckin sick" he said in disgusted.

Then...

Yelp!

A rat has climb out of the corpse's mouth, "That's was disgusted!" Kate remarked, crossing her arms.
"Okay..." Ryan trail off as he handed Kate the lantern and search the corpse body, to see if he could found the key card.
