I unpunished this book last year and then I started it up again. If you have read the first chapter of that book, you might have noticed the same paragraph structure of this last chapter of this book. That's because I wrote that chapter first than ending this book. I would like to say, if you are interesting in school angst and art failures, then be sure to check that out.
Now for the explanation, this book, 'someone to watch me die' was intended to be much more longer. To somewhat match the movie 'dead Apple' but I could not bother with my wifi connections and rewatch the whole thing. Apologies. The book is focusing on the readers emotions and the mix feelings you would feel once you realise Venti was 'not a bad person'
Chuuya was never meant to seem as if he had feelings for the reader, but I did try and write in some parts that he did have feelings for Dazai. Was it romantic? Yes. As for the reader, maybe in between, but it's whatever you want it to be. After all, Chuuya sees Dazai in the reader and mistaken him as him.
Atsushi was mentioned quite a few times and he did have his moments in his pov that he was talking about the reader. Calling him beautiful and such. My first thought was making him have a slight crush on the reader but it never ended well. So you can imagine what his ideal was towards the reader.
Venti, did he have feelings for the reader? Well, he was sure obsessed but I wouldn't call that love. I would call that lonesome. Venti was lonely and he needed someone near him. But once again, you can imagine however you want it to be.
Tachihara was an obvious one, mentioned in many chapters and by Chuuya. He does have feelings for the reader and he could not stop it no matter what he did. Simply just wanted added him since I do like him as a character and he is underrated.
Higuchi, i simply do not know. But I would like to say her relationship with the reader is a comfortable one. She trusts him and he also does slightly. I recall it cute. I added her a lot since i rarely see her in any bsd books.
Gin, same as Higuchi. I do not know that much about them, but I feel the need to add them since the story wouldn't be complete. Gin views the reader as someone they could trust but is very confused by him. I would like to say that they have mix feelings for the reader.
Kouyou, it was written that the reader called her mother. Basically, he viewed her as a parent figure and she responded back calmly. I would like to think that their relationship was forced due to the connection both of them have with Chuuya.
Junichiro, this character is quite obvious as he simply did not trust the reader until he risked his life for the male. Atsushi rambled alot about the reader to him as Junichiro did not see much about the reader till he saw it for himself. So it's safe to say that, he does not mind him.
Ganyu, she was spoken to be half of an adeptus. As so she was in the game. So I used that as my advantage and made her unable to live as long as the other adeptus. The reader is jealous of her, but being his sibling. He can't. There were many mentions of her, and yes. Venti did kill her.
Zhongli, the was no interaction with him.
