"Welcome home."

The living room window was open; earlier Chaeyoung could clearly hear Jimin and SeoYun's conversation. SeoYun's voice was quite loud during their quarrel, but Chaeyoung tried not to pay too much attention to it.

She passed the glass of milk in her hands to Jimin. "Do you want to drink?"

Jimin held onto Chaeyoung's arm and pouted slightly. "Rose, I'm hungry."

Chaeyoung expected that Jimin would be hungry, especially since he left their dinner earlier without finishing his meal.

Chaeyoung placed the glass off milk onto the dining room table and nodded. "Okay, wait."

She entered the kitchen and scanned the refrigerator for ingredients, hesitating for a moment. She wasn't too sure what Jimin liked to eat so she decided to go with a basic meal.

Grabbing a few eggs, vegetables and noodles, she went to the stove and started preparing the meal.

Jimin entered the kitchen to check on Chaeyoung while she cooked. Chaeyoung glanced at him momentarily before returning to cooking. She was boiling the noodles in water and cutting up the vegetables. "Are noodles okay?"

"Yeah." Jimin replied, standing beside Chaeyoung watching her cook.

"You can wait in the dining room, it will be done soon." Chaeyoung wasn't used to being watched by others while she cooked, and it made her feel awkward.

Jimin nodded and hugged her waist, putting his chin on Chaeyoung's shoulder. "Thank you" he whispered before exiting the kitchen.

Chaeyoung felt that he was a bit strange tonight, but she didn't think too much about it.

Shortly after, Chaeyoung had quickly put together a bowl of piping hot noodle and brought it into the dining room, placing it in front of Jimin.

Jimin smiled at her.He picked the chopsticks and started to eat. Chaeyoung stood by his side for a moment and observed Jimin as he ate.

She couldn't help but notice that he
seemed fatigued and worn out. His brows slightly creased as he ate the noodles slowly. "Are you tired?"

Jimin put down his chopsticks, holding his hand out at Chaeyoung. "Come here."

Chaeyoung looked at him questioningly but placed her hand in his anyway.

Jimin pulled her closer to him lightly until she stood behind him. Grasping both her hands,he guided them until they rested around his head. "I have a headache... Help me massage it?"

Chaeyoung ran her fingers through his soft and fluffy hair, placing pressure on his temples while she massaged it skillfully. Jimin sighed contently as she worked away at the tightness in his head, enjoying the feeling of her fingers in his hair.

Chaeyoung continued massaging Jimin's temples as he ate, watching him quietly. The dining room chandelier shined glamorously above then, reflecting light in its crystals.

Chaeyoung couldn't help but notice the shadow it created of her and Jimin. Chaeyoung looked their shadow; it looked unexpectedly warm. It seemed like the silhouette of a loving couple..

She shook her head at the thought, returning her attention to Jimin. It was only an illusion..

Between her and Jimin, can there really be love and warmth? Jimin finished the food, grabbing Chaeyoung's hands pulling her to sit by his side. He stroked her hand lightly with his thumb, looking at her a little more seriously. "Rose, is there anything you want to ask me about?"

Chaeyoung nodded."Is the problem solved yet?"

"It's solved."

"That's good."
