Chapter 80

Chaeyoung felt tears well up in her eyes.She felt emotional all the sudden; it was strange to see Jimin apologizing so sincerely.

"Will you forgive me?" Jimin wiped away the tears that started to fall on Chaeyoung's cheeks with his sleeve.

"If you don't say anything then I'll take it as a yes." Jimin smirked, squeezing her hand.

This man really was shameless.

Chaeyoung shook her head helplessly and giggled.She really didn't understand Jimin. He pissed her off to no end and made her cry, but he also made her feel warm inside when she least expects it.

How did someone so cold and emotionless turn into this shameless and charming man?

Chaeyoung grabbed Jimin's cheeks and shook his head playfully.

"Jimin you really... You piss me off!" She laughed. "None of this would have happened if you were honest with yourself." she joked.

Jimin pouted. "Says the one who jumped to conclusions so hard she could win a long jump competition."

Chaeyoung rolled her eyes.

"Aigoo, look at you." Chaeyoung cooed through her teeth, turning Jimin's head harshly, causing him to wince in pain. "You look horrible!"

"Wa-wait Rose it hurts." Jimin frowned, struggling against Chaeyoung's grip..

"Serves you right for making that horrible long jump joke."

Jimin pouted and stopped moving, letting her do as she pleased.

Chaeyoung observed the cuts and bruises on Jimin's face and hands. She grabbed Jimin's hand and lifted it up.
"And this-did a kid put these bandaids on?"

"Jimin, the meeting starts in a few minutes." Hoseok walked into Jimin's office to remind him about the big meeting for this new business venture he had been aiming for for these past few months. This meeting was very important.

Jimin was sleeping on his desk; his entire body, especially his face was hurting. He was startled at Hoseok's sudden appearance and he raised his head to look at him with an annoyed face.

"Holy sh--! Jimin, what is wrong with your face?" Hoseok looked at him in shock.

"I was hit by a bulldozer." Jimin deadpanned.

"I'll give credits to whoever dared to do this to you. He's got some nerves." Hoseok stifled a laugh.

Jimin glared daggers at Hoseok. "I wanted to kill him but then Rose would kill me.".

Hoseok chuckled as he realized that it was definitely Jeon Jungkook's doing, since Jimin was asking for his phone number and address last night.

"Oh here's the schedule for tomorrow. We're going at 7am."

"What are you talking about?" Jimin started reading the schedule. 'Fuck'
He has a meeting in Singapore
tomorrow. How could he forget
about this? He threw the schedule
on his desk and put his hand on his
forehead.

This never happened to him,
everything always ran smoothly as he
planned, now he was all over the place; uncontrolled.

This was completely driving him crazy. His current state wasn't helping at all; needless to say he felt as bad as he looked: Like shit. All these feelings were making him lose his mind.

He closed his eyes; he was in a dilemma. He had been trying so damn hard to even have this opportunity to further expand the company. The more successful he was, the more enemies he got. They've been trying to bring him down, and he couldn't afford to miss this opportunity, he knew it well.

"I have to take Rose to hospital tomorrow to check on the baby."

Hoseok knew their relationship was not good and Jimin was trying to fix it, but he's also a rational business man. There's no playing around in business.

"Are you sure you're going to miss this? Chaeyoung can go by herself right?"

"No, I can't hyung. I promised Roseanne that I would be there here depends the life of the castle baby this time, I can't miss it anymore."

' Chaeyoung  really has him wrapped around her finger. ' Hoseok told himself.

"You're pathetic Jimin." He chuckled.

Jimin glared at him and Hoseok hurriedly wiped the grin off his face.

"Okay then let me help you with the cuts. You don't want to attend the meeting looking like this."

Chaeyoung grabbed the aid box and started to help Jimin with his wounds as he watched her carefully. "Done."

"See? You care about me, Rose." He
teased again.

Jimin's smile deepened as she remained silent. He noticed that she was barefoot and grabbed her legs lightly, placing her feet on his lap.

Chaeyoung watched dumbfoundedly and he slowly massaged her cold feet.

"Even if you were worried about me,you need to think about yourself. You must be cold." Jimin spoked softly.

Chaeyoung really wasn't used to this sort of action from Jimin. They had done many things together; things more intimate than this, but this felt different. Park Jimin was willingly massaging her feet, and she couldn't help but feel embarrassed.

She pulled at Jimin's hands lightly. "I'm alright,my feet don't hurt."

Jimin swatted her hands away and continued massaging up her leg.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Jimin broke out into laughter.

"Why are you laughing?" Chaeyoung looked at him confused. There was nothing to laugh about.

"I get it now, the reason you said that in the car this afternoon..." He spoke in between fits.

Chaeyoung raised her eyebrow.

"You were jealous that I might have kissed another girl..." Jimin threw his head back; laughing loudly.

Chaeyoung's face immediately turned as red as a tomato and she quickly moved her legs off Jimin's lap.  "No I wasn't. Don't talk nonsense!" She huffed, turning her face away from him.

'Shit, this is so embarrassing. I want to disappear' Chaeyoung cursed in her head.

Jimin leaned closer to Chaeyoung, resting his elbows on his knees, Chaeyoung was starting to become hyper aware of his gaze; his face only inches away from hers.

"So why can't you look me in the eyes right now?" He chuckled.

Chaeyoung couldn't stand to be exposed like this so she immediately turned her head to look at him but he pecked her lips, stealing a kiss.

Chaeyoung looked at Jimin in shock.

He smiled back at her widely; his face glowed with happiness. She had to admit, Jimin looked beautiful right now.
