By the time Chaeyoung was awake, it was already 3PM. Her eyes fluttered open, focusing on a little face that watched her carefully, his eyes full of worry.

Chaeyoung sighed, and reached out to lightly stroke JaeMin's plump cheek with the back of her finger. "Chimmy, Mommy is sick and it might be contagious...I don't want to pass it onto you, so why don't you go down and look for Auntie Wang?"

JaeMin pouted, showing no intention to leave Chaeyoung's side. "Mom, grandma said you are okay now and that I could see you..."

He reached over to place his small palm on Chaeyoung's forehead, while placing his other hand on his. "See, it's the same temperature now!" He beamed proudly.

Chaeyoung chuckled weakly and ruffled JaeMin's hair. She pressed the back of her hand against her forehead; her fever was indeed gone, but she felt like her body was still quite sore. She felt rather
weak, and struggled to push herself up onto a seating position. All she could remember last night was heading down the mountain and staying at someone's house.

Chaeyoung also barely recalled being carried on Jungkook's back this morning.

JaeMin rested his cheek against Chaeyoung's lap, looking up at her with a smile. "Mom, Sooya and Auntie Jisoo were here earlier."

"Really?"

"Yes! She brought some freshly baked cake...Should I bring some to you Mom?"

Chaeyoung smiled and cupped JaeMin's cheek in her hand. "No thank you baby, I'll come down and have some later... Why don't you go and have some first?"

"Okay Mom." JaeMin nodded excitedly, before rushing out the door.

Chaeyoung looked towards the bedside table, relieved to see her phone there. She grabbed it and dialed Lisa.

"Rosie, How are you feeling? I just thought about going over to see you."

"I just woke up and it's okay. I'm feeling a little sore but it's nothing serious. Oh, and thank you for sending me home. I better call Jungkook and thank him for carrying me as well."

Lisa was silent for a moment. "No... It was Jimin, he looked for you last night and we went back in the morning." She paused: "Have you seen him since you woke up? Is he okay?"

Chaeyoung was silent for a moment. 'It was Jimin that took me home? Not Jungkook? Also what does Lisa mean?' she frowned.

"Did something happen to Jimin? What do you mean is he okay?" Chaeyoung raised an eyebrow, unable to remember a thing. "I haven't seen him yet,I suppose he's in the office? Did something happen last night?"

Lisa was considering whether or not to tell Chaeyoung about the unfortunate events that unfolded while she was unconscious. She figured that it may be awkward for her to see Jimin if she knew, so she decided to keep quiet and let Chaeyoung find out from Jimin himself, if he decided to tell her.

"It's nothing, really. You should get some rest." Lisa replied reassuringly.

"Okay." Chaeyoung nodded. "Do you know when the funeral is for Jungkook's grandmother?"

"It is tomorrow, just go get some rest so you can attend it okay?"

"Okay."

Chaeyoung was about to call Jungkook and ask about his condition, but thinking about how busy he would be to accompany his grandmother, she also didn't want to bother him, so she decided not to.

She put down her phone as someone knocked the door. Grandmother entered the room with a maid who brought some dishes for her.

"Grandma."
