This is my first fully original story being published on here! I've taken a lot of time figuring out plots to make this story as authentic and interesting as possible!
This book is a childhood friends to enemies to lovers trope! It's set in an American College in Chicago - this place and its teams will be fictional but I will refer to real professional hockey teams.
The MCs are a Hockey Player x Figure Skater/Hockey Player pairing but if all goes well and people enjoy this book I will branch out into the friendship group with another two pairings I also have planned.
A few things you should know before reading this book:
>There will be some potentially triggering subjects including mental, physical and sexual abuse and mental health struggles. I'll put trigger warnings at the start of chapters I feel need them but I recommend caution when reading at all times. My aim is not to sensationalise or exaggerate these topics but to tell a beautiful story including its ugly parts. Please be sensitive in your comments surrounding these subjects.
>There will be sexually explicit scenes and mentions/use of alcohol so this book is not for children and reader discretion is advised!!
>Please be kind in your comments! I know it's easy to get mad at authors if the book isn't going as you want or if you dislike a character but I am a real person and it's not nice to experience. Feel free to comment and tell a character to F off when they're being dumb (yes it's intentional on my part, I want those responses from you guys🙃) but please try to refrain from taking it out on me as a person in a malicious way. Trust the process!
