"Shut up!" I hiss quietly as we stumble through the dark and otherwise empty girl's locker room. Anthony is clumsy as fuck and keeps falling into things. I swear it's like he wants to get caught.

"Isn't this kind of a middle school prank?" Hugo whispers to me.

"Sometimes the simplest pranks are the best" I reply, winking in our torch light so he can see it.

"Found it!" Sam whisper shouts.

I follow his voice and come to a stop outside of locker number 415, otherwise known as the locker of my last favourite figure skater, Lexi Turner.

"Last chance to back out Jennings" Sam urges. He's still not fully on board with my 'master plan' as he dubbed it so even though he's here helping me, he relentlessly presents opportunities for me to take the high road. I deny him every time.

Maybe he's a hypocrite for helping me but he understands why I'm doing all of this and I appreciate his support even if it's fucking with his moral compass. Besides, he's not exactly a saint seeing as it was his idea to do this. Well, idea might be a strong word. It was a flippant comment emphasising that the easiest way to irritate Lexi was to mess with her skating. I don't think he intended for me to take up his suggestion but I latched onto the idea and now almost a week after I last saw her, I'm providing an ugly wake up call from her deceiving week of peace.

"Any ideas for her combination?" Hugo prompts me.

"A few" I reply, stepping up in front of her locker.

First I try 15-03-02, her birthday. No joy.

Then I try 16-12-78, her mother's birthday.... and voila, open sesame.

"Dude it's kinda creepy that you knew that" Anthony whispers.

"It worked didn't it? Doesn't matter why I knew her combination" I hissed back, "Tip it in" I order as I removed her skates from her locker. After a senior from last year's hockey team used a skate as a make-shift ice pick for a dare and lost two fingers, it's been a campus rule that skates stay locked away at all times at the rink so I know these are the real deal and not a spare pair.

I flick out my pen knife and carve 'Princess Bitch' into each side. Is my choice of word original? No. Will it get my point across? Yes. Will Lexi know it's from me? Absolutely.

"All done Cap" Sam whispers.

I turn around and see strawberry ice cream dripping from Lexi's locker, covering everything inside. It was her favourite flavour as kids and I hope with my whole heart that this ruins it for her.

I throw her skates in after showing of my handiwork, getting approval from everyone but Sam's hypocritical ass.

"Guys hurry up, a light flashed on in the parking lot!" Seb urgently whisper yells from the door to the locker room where he's been on look out this entire time.
