Chapter16

(Pov Yn)

I look at aunt Arizona and see she is crying. 'Are you okay Arizona?' I ask worried. I stand up, walk towards her, and give her a hug. She pulls me on her lap and wraps her arms around me. 'I'm so sorry you had to go through all that Yn. We should've protected you more.' She says crying. 'Look at me.' I say, but she doesn't listen. 'Look at me.' I say again. She finally listens and looks at me. 'This is not your fault Arizona. There is nothing any of you could have done. It just happened, none of us saw that coming.' She nods. 'Repeat after me, there is nothing I could have done.' I say while I look her in the eyes. She shakes her head no. 'Aunt Arizona, listen to me.' I say. 'I want you to say it.' Arizona takes a deep breath and wipes her tears away. 'There is nothing I could've done.' She whispers. I see her face change, like the guilt left her or something. I wrap my arms around her waist and lay my head against her shoulder. 'I missed you.' I say again. 'I missed you to Yn.' Arizona answer.

(Later back at the Grey's house)

Me and Wanda get out of the taxi and walk towards the door of the house for the second time today. Mark had to discuss some stuff with aunt Arizona and Callie, so he will come later. Amelia opens the door for us smiling.

When we are inside Maggie tells us to sit down at the dinner table because dinner is almost ready. Me and Wanda take place next to each other and wait till Maggie and Amelia come back with plates and food. They sit down to. 'Where is aunt Lexie?' I ask aunt Amelia while I hand Wanda a plate with food. 'Thanks baby.' She says smiling. I smile back. 'She got paged again. She had to rush to the hospital, where she will probably stay all night.' Maggie explains while she hands me my plate. I thank her and smile. 'Do you girls want to stay here tonight? It's a long ride to your home, and our guest room is free.' Amelia says while she looks at me and Wanda. I also look at Wanda to see what she wants to do. This whole day has been about me... The least I can do is let her choose where we sleep. 'That would be great, thank you Amelia.' She answers happily.

After dinner we help clean the table. Then aunt Maggie wants to show us our room for tonight. We walk upstairs, into a big room with a king-sized bed, an own bathroom, a huge tv hanging on the wall and a walk-in closet. There is even a mini fridge filled with snack and drinks! 'I guess you both must be very tired after a day like this. Do whatever you want and let me know if you need anything.' She says smiling. I give her a big hug and smile. 'Thanks aunt Maggie.' 'You don't have to thank me for everything Yn, you deserve it.' she says smiling to. Then she leaves the room. 'I already love your family. I'm so happy for you that you found them Yn.' Wanda says while she hugs me from behind. 'It would never have worked out without you and thank you for being here for me all day long. I didn't mean to make this day about me... I'm sorry for that.' I say while I close my eyes and enjoy Wanda whispering in my ear. 'Are you kidding baby? Of course it was your day, you found your family back after many years! You deserve their attention, and I like your family. They are kind and caring, I'm happy for all of you for finding each other back. You can't be sorry for that!' she whispers. 'Thanks, for everything.' I say. I turn around and wrap my arms around her waist. 'I love you.' I whisper into her ear. 'What was that? I didn't hear you... say that again please.' Wanda says giggling. It makes me giggle to. 'I love you to Yn.' she says smiling.

(Later after everyone got ready to go to bed)

I get in the king-sized bed and Wanda takes place next to me. When she sits I climb on her lap and give her a kiss on her cheek. Then I lay my head against her shoulder. 'Tired?' she asks smiling. 'Hmm' I answer while I grab the stuffed animal Maggie brought a few minutes ago. I can't believe she actually kept it. It used to be my stuffed animal before I disappeared. It's a tiger. Mark gave it to me for my first birthday. I'm holding it like I want to protect it with my life while Wanda holds me close. 'Is it okay if I go watch a series? It's only 10:13 PM and I'm not that tired.' She asks me while she plays with my hair. 'Sure, watch whatever you want.' I say while I hide my face in her shoulder. 'Are you sure you won't be annoyed by the light?' Wanda asks to make sure it's really okay. I giggle. 'Yes Wanda, I'm sure. I'm good as long as I can stay like this.' I say while I wrap one of my arms around her waist and lay my head in the crook of her neck. I give her a kiss on her neck and close my eyes after. I fall asleep not much later.

(Pov Wanda)

I look down at Yn who just fell asleep. I can't help but smile, she looks really cute with her stuffed animal. I turn the TV off and slowly lay down, making sure I don't accidentally wake Yn. She is laying on top of me, holding her stuffed animal with both hands. I use my powers to give Yn a nice dream and read her brain for a while to make sure she actually has a good dream. After some time I feel Yn smiling against my neck. I guess it worked. 'Oh Yn, you don't know half how much I love you.' I whisper. Then I give her a kiss on her forehead and close my eyes after, but I can't fall asleep because I just realized Yn didn't bring her glasses or medication. 'We'll figure it out tomorrow.' I whisper to myself. Then I give Yn one last kiss and go to sleep after.
