Somewhere in Xan City, A real estate agent was was coming out of an apartment complex in the streets while holding the filled out papers. He was showing a funny smile as he made a success.

"Thank you. And enjoy your new home." The Agent said with glee.

"We will. Thank you." Said a women. That woman, was Mary Lansin.

Mary Lansin is a Black African woman in her early 30's with long black hair, thin looking, about 5 ft 8 inches, brown eyes, and glasses. She had just moved in with her adoptive son in hopes of a fresh new start. She was glad that there was a science facility that requires her intellect as she was not only beautiful, but also very smart.

"I still don't know about this." Said another voice from behind her. "Why couldn't we just live in Alaska? It's much nicer."

Mary sighed and turned. "I told you before: We are safer here. Remember. They will not stop until they find you. And if luck is on our side, Locke will be here soon."

The person she was talking young male teenager like figure. He soon chuckled after hearing that name. "Mr. Smith? I swear, he wants to be near you."

"He's a close friend honey. Plus, if it wasn't for him, we would've never made it this far without getting caught."

The figure looked down with annoyance. "Because of that witch. I swear, she needs to get a life and leave us alone."

"Oh I wish that were simple. But Dr. Skiá is relentless." Mary then sat down while muttering the next few words. "Still can't believe she would do those horrible things."

The figure walked up to her and patted on her back. In the light, the figure's appearance is shown as if the light is shining onto the shadow. And the most shocking part is that this figure bears a striking resemblance of Neo Phoenix. The differences is the complete Pale skin color but a bit darker, Black hair, and red eyes with black sclera. He is also not considered a human at all, nor any other type of species. He is called a Phantom Human.

"That witch will get what's coming. Don't worry. And plus, I'll be here to help you out if needed."

Mary smiled. "Thanks." She gets back up. "Now...we should talk about school."

"Can't you home teach me? I don't want to-"

"I can't. Since we live here, I needed to work to keep the apartment. Besides, you could use some friends." Mary interrupted. "Plus, This school you're going to is considered the best."

"I don't need friends."

"Trust me. You will. And you are going to love school. I promise." Mary then felt a light bulb above her light up. "You know what? How about we make that gumbo? Just to celebrate Dave?"

"Sure." Dave Lansin answered. "It's been a long time. And I sure do miss it Mom."
