Close Call

Octavia was in her last period of the day, Geography. She was learning about maps and how the landscapes are. Normally she would pay attention, but her attention is split both ways: Thinking about Stan, and class.

Since they first meet after taking care of Bowser, she had been interested in Stan more and more each and every day. She even liked to hang out with him sometimes and talk. Plus, after dealing with Panther and returning his sketch book back, she soon started to become more fixated with him. She thinks she may have a crush, but it could be more.

"Octavia!" Tingle spoke up.

The owl girl jumped. "Yes Mr. Tingle?"

"Please pay attention." He stated. She sighed and continued to pay close attention as he continued.

A few minutes later...

"Ok class." Tingle spoke. "Remember that your Geography report is due next week Friday. So create a map of a town, city, planet, or a galaxy or whatever you people live now these days." he then smirked. "Or...you can just pay me a 20 dollars fee and get an A."

Octavia raised her eyebrow. "Um...Isn't that bribery?"

Tingle slammed his hands on his table. "SHUSH! THE TEACHER IS TALKING!!!" Tingle's mood soon changed to sad while crying. "I never should've chose Geography. No one respects Geography teacher! Father was right...ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!!" He then started to sob uncontrollably, leaving Octavia and the others in a state of confusion, pity, and comfortableness. After 30 seconds, he regained his composure. "Ok I feel better now. Class dismissed. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm...gonna cry in the closet...again.

"Weird" Octavia whispered as she left the classroom.

Outside of the school, everyone was chatting or waiting for their ride home. Octavia on the other hand had another way to get home. After finding a safe hiding spot, she opened a strange yet beautiful looking book and a portal on the wall opened up. After looking in all directions, she went through the portal and entered her room. She sat on her bed and listen to music while doing her homework.

What people didn't realize is that Octavia was actually a Demon Owl from Hell. And what's more is that she is actually a princess to the Goetia royal family in Hell. Her parents were rulers and were very powerful with magic. Although not as powerful as the true prince of Hell, they are strong.

The only issue was her parents. Her father, Stolas, and her mother, Stella, are not in a good relationship. In face, Stella would often complained about even the commoners and takes great pride in her royal status. To some people, Stella would be the true definition of the word, Karen. Stolas, on the other hand, is more patient and understanding. But the real problem would be his sexuality. The marriage between Stolas and Stella were actually arranged to keep the royal bloodline going. It was never true love. Plus, Stolas turns out to be gay, and is interested in one certain Imp: Blitzo.

Several times, Stolas would often make love with Blitzo whenever Stella was not around, even though Blitzo wanted his magic book for his own business. This would anger Stella. Not because Stolas would cheat on her, but because he is with an Imp, which is considered the lowest class in Hell. She breaks things, gets into a heated argument, and much more.

Octavia didn't care about it because she knew deep down in her heart that her family is torn apart. This results in her becoming sad, depressed, and even listens to goth music to help her relax. But this time, she was not sad at all. She was still in a good mood all because of Stan.

Just then, her door opened and there came a vert tall Owl Anthro with pure red eyes with small white iris. It was her father, Stolas, in his overalls. "Octavia!" He said with glee. "How was school?"
