A few weeks have passed since they trained their hardest to become ready for the new football season. Stan was working on his leadership skills with the help of Doc, Dasha, and Nika. With their guidance, he was able to assign proper roles for the team. They practiced over and over again, simulating the situation of the game and how to win. However, Dave and Milo were not very cooperative as they tend to do things their own, which angers Neo and Stan. Nevertheless, they did all they could and felt a lot stronger and faster than ever.

Now it was the near the end of September, and the Football Season in Nintendo High has officially begun. And everyone was ready to watch the game and see the players in action. Many tickets were bought and seats were taken from both sides. Everyone was excited. Except for one.

At the locker room, Everyone was getting ready to start. They changed into their football uniform, got helmets, and mouth guards just in case. They also recived another player to replace Bowser since he was not needed. That player was Falcon since he was the closest to Bowser, and was eager to help the team since he made up for the losses with proper training. While they were preparing, Stan was sitting down, looking at his helmet. It was his first football game ever. And he was very worried.

"Stan?" Neo spoke after closing his locker. "You ready?"

"Um...Yea..." Stan muttered.

Neo can tell something was wrong. "Bro? What's wrong? Nervous?"

"A lot!" Stan looked at him. "What if I mess up and cost us the game?"

"That's ridiculous!" Mario said as he walked up to them. "We've been practicing for weeks. We've gotten better. And I'm sure you can guide us to victory. Besides, I hear a certain wolf is cheerleading."

"Loona?" Stan looked up with interested.

"Yea. As well as the other girls." Link said after getting helmet on.

"Stan. Listen. Even if we lose, they'll still cheer us on." Neo stated.

Stan looked at his reflection. Then, his worry was replaced by confidence. They were right. They were ready for this moment. So, after putting on his special goggles for him to see and his helmet, Stan was ready. And as he was prepared, Doc Louis came in.

"All right Super Stars." He began. "Tonight is the big night. We've been with so many players and different teammates, but let me assure you all that you are all the best. Now, even if we lose or not, we will give them a game they'll never forget. So what do you all say? Ready to give it your all?"

"Yes coach!" The team answered.

"That's the spirit! Now let's get out there and show them why we are the Super Stars!" Doc placed his hand in the center for all to do the same and high up in the air. They soon left the locker room and into the field.

The field was surrounded by many spectators and fans. Andrew Derick, Audrey, Rox, Natalya, Nika, and Dasha were sitting next to each other and encouraging the boys to do well. On the other side, Octavia was watching the game with Stolas. The people were amazed by his height, but choose to ignore it. Stolas also carried popcorn and snacks and drinks to share with Octavia, who was watching Stan coming out and rooting for him to win.

In the center, Principle Sakurai appeared and was holding a microphone. He cleared his throat and began. "Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls! Welcome, to the 21st annual Nintendo High Football Season! Tonight, we have the Nintendo High Football team, the Super Stars, vs the Himerton High Football Team, The Rouges!" Everyone cheered on each team. The crowd was wild. Eventually, they settled down and Sakurai continued. "Now before we begin the game, let us stand for the national anthem from one of our best singers, Alikra Dragon!"
