The school began the next following day. Every student was laughing, talking, studying, and having fun. There was plenty of time for everyone to get ready for class, so they all just relaxed and such. Neo, Stan, and the others were no exception.
"So she was forced to make that decision?" Isabelle asked.
"Yes." Neo said. "Master Derick and Lilith were heartbroken. And I can tell he missed her so badly. I could even see the look on his face."
"That's so sad." Krystal said.
"Unfair is more like it." Stan added. "They shouldn't be force to split because of that! They deserve each other!"
"Which is why we need a way to find her village and bring them back together." Neo stated. "The only clue I got so far was that it's at the place one would mostly never look for. Something untouched by modernization. But I can't for the life of me figure out what."
"Can't Krystal just use her telepathy to find them?" Loona asked as she pointed at the blue vixen.
"It's not that simple. I need to detect them when I'm in close range. So far I can't sense them at my current age. It needs to develope." Krystal sighed.
"How far are we talking?" Isabelle asked.
"About 200 miles. 300 tops."
"WHAT!?!" Stan jumped. "So you could..."
"That's right mister." Krystal looked at Stan sternly. "I knew you were after them last night and Neo called me at the right moment. And it was a good thing we caught you in time before making a hasty judgment, considering you haven't met him yet."
"Speaking of which; did you ask your mother about meeting Rox?" Neo asked.
"Not yet." Stan answered. "My mother was acting silly when Natalya dropped her off at my house."
"She was drunk." Loona stated. "And I wouldn't be surprised since that's what some adults do for fun."
Stan nearly jumped. "So you're saying he must have-"
"Stan! No!" Isabelle spoke up. "If he did, Krystal would've sense it and helped us."
"Isabelle's right." Krystal agreed. "He didn't. So that tells us he's a gentlemen."
Stan then looked at Krystal, but she shook her head knowing what he was going to ask her. He frowned. That meant he would have to ask Audrey for real. And tonight would be the best time since she informed him and Natalya that she will not going out tonight.
As they were chatting, Octavia arrived at Nintendo High and saw the group. She then sees Stan talking and immediately smiled. She then walked up to them. "Stan! Hey!"
Stan turned his head around as saw the owl girl. He smiled. "Hey! Octavia! What are the odds of seeing you here again?"
"3,980 to one" Isabelle spoke.
"That...was a rhetorical question." Stan said. The other laughed and so did the little yellow dog. She didn't mind.
"So, Stan. Who's your friend?" Krystal asked.
Octavia spoke. "I'm Octavia. Octavia Goetia."
Stan then got in front of her and hovered his hand towards his friends. "Octavia. This is Neo Phoenix. Krystal Fox. Isabelle Leaf. And Loona Hound."
"Pleasure to meet you." Neo said as he waved his hand.
"Likewise." Octavia nodded. She then took a good look at Loona and suddenly sensed something. "Loona Hound. Right?"
