I was walking towards the stadium, my matches had been chosen in advance to make me seem weaker than I was while still injuring key players from Oto and Suna. The first match was gonna be a disaster with Sakura fighting Ino, I had of course helped Ibiki make fun of Inoichi for his daughter which was the reason for my horrible, seemingly unending headache. You didn't mess with the Yamanaka's head without having your mind shields brutally forced.

He entered the waiting area... His new outfit was quieter yet it still displayed the Uzumaki crest on his shoulder. His ANBU outfit was sealed away for later use, he was going to act as an ANBU captain during the invasion... His team had been hand-picked, like every other team. They were all acting on a completely new team that they would know only during the first match. It was "risqué" but you couldn't really blame everybody for being on edge... The traitor had yet to be identified and the changing of the teams would make everything chaotic. It was a worst-case scenario... Literally, those you only encountered during basic training and were talked about in hushed tones when people walked around the place... He looked at his sensei who, for once, was on time. The guy answered his calm look with a severe one. Seems he still thought our young hero was a traitor... He didn't really care anymore. He had spent the entire night talking to people and doing random things, apparently, that happened. He wouldn't ever tell anyone but the reason he hadn't slept was because of all the flashbacks he was having. It was definitely something nobody wanted to know about. It was a weakness he didn't want people to know about. So he decided to focus on something that was still unknown to him. What would Ombre's team be doing... He had no clue, he didn't know if their village had aligned with Konoha or with Suna and Oto. Maybe they were the only ones who had no clue an invasion was about to take place in this village.

He walked over to the stands, sat next to Hinata, and looked toward Ino and Sakura... Their fight was pathetic, as expected. He looked to where Inoichi stood, stoic. The man wasn't going to show any sadness at his girl's bad performance nor cheer her on. He was just maybe sad that his girl wasn't going to follow him in his footsteps though maybe he would be happy she wasn't going to enter TI.

He slowly walked towards the meeting point for his new team. He was unsure about his feelings. What to do? How to act? He had no clue about anything that would happen. How to even lead a team he might have never worked with? And maybe a traitor would be with him. In his team... How was he supposed to act if a traitor turned up in his team, or if the plan had been compromised? He felt pretty bad. There was no way he would let his superiors down. But he really had no clue about the plan for this invasion, no one had given him anything. Even when he had used less than stellar methods to gain access to that knowledge.
