Y/n's POV

It was finally Friday - one week from now and I'll be on a jet, flying to the islands. For now, I'm walking downstairs from my home and to the "wonderland" of my workplace. As I opened the main door of the complexum, there parked a white Mercedes. I stood in front of it, a question look on my face as the window rolled down, revealing Margo.

"Are you going to stand there all day or get in?" I had no choice nor complaints when I sat down on the heated seat. "What are you doing here?" I was looking at her as she drove away from the building. "I was looking for pedestrians to run over and your street seemed like the good option for that. What do you think?" her snarky comment lifted up my morning mood.

"Okay okay, no need to be sarcastic. Why did you pick me up? Don't get me wrong, I'm more than grateful but I'm also curious" a small blush could be seen on her cheeks, not for long as she turned away a bit "I remembered that your car is still at the mechanics so I thought I will be a good colleague and pick you up" how attentive Margo is.

"Thank you, Margo!" I leaned my head on her shoulder and caressed it to show my appreciation. Our arms were touching on the armrest, the older woman was slightly tensing up so I pulled away, whispering a sorry. "What are you apologising for?" She looked at me as the car was now parked "You seemed tense when our arms touched and I had no intention to make you feel uncomfortable"

I turned away from her, grabbing the door handle when her hand stopped me "Y/n, you didn't make me uncomfortable at all. I was thinking about the meeting I'll have later today and I might have forgotten some documents at home, that was the reason I tensed up" Margo hugged me, making me feel at ease. "Let's go before we'll be late!" we both got out, she closed the doors as we headed to the lift.

Callie, Sam and I were sitting at cafeteria, finishing our lunch "How about some drinks tonight?" asked the blondie, looking at Callie and me. "Sure!" we answered simultaneously, we chose the Bar Soho as we usually did - great prices, amazing drinks and most of the time pretty attractive people. At 8 o'clock the three of us will meet in front of the bar (we all know none of us will be there on time).

I put away my tray, making my way up when someone called my name "Hey Margo!" she stopped in front of me "I wanted to ask you if you're up for something tonight? Like a movie o-or anything?" did I hear her stutter a bit? how adorable. "I would love to, but I've already promised Callie and Samantha to go out for drinks, I'm sorry" her sudden change of face expression sunk my heart.

"Would you like to join us?" I saw that Margo was contemplating "Callie and you would really hit it off and Sam's attitude will die down and becomes amusing, trust me" after a couple of seconds, she agreed, making me more than happy. Margo told me she doesn't really drink, so she would love to be the driver of the evening. I didn't want to agree to that, but the older woman decided already so I just thanked her. We exchanged our numbers so she can call me when she's picking me up.

I quickly went upstairs, looking for the two other women. I told them my idea and they both seemed fine with it (Sam was a little hesitant at first, but agreed enthusiastically when I told her which car Margo drives). Then went to do my job and by the time I had a break, my shift was over. It was very cloudy again here in London and I was praying to anyone up there to at least wait until I got home and unleash the storm after it.

"I'm taking you home, let's go!" looking up all I saw was messy brunette hair leaving my office. I took my stuff and went after Margo, who was waiting for me by the vehicle. "You know you don't have to be my driver, right?" I exclaimed as she started the car "I thought you would me more comfortable in my car if it started raining than running in those heels" Margo had a point. "Your theory is correct but I don't want you to waist your time, gas and therefore money on me"
