Needless to say only Jeongin and Hyunjin were awake during the flight while the Chan, Seungmin and Jaeun were dead asleep .

Seungmin and Jaeun had told Hyunjin and Jeongin about their relationship too on their way to the airport and least to say, they were way too happy for their own good.

But as soon as they had landed , all of them were incredibly anxious, anxious to see what all had changed and the first thing they noticed was how there were officials waiting to receive them.

"Hello."

"Hello, Should we head off to the palace?"

"Sure." Chan said with a faltering smile. "What happened to the kings?"

"They are awaiting a public trial outside the palace, it will be start in a while. The people who helped with the war crimes have been imprisoned too."

"You did inform the people , right?" Seungmin asked and the official nodded.

"There was initial outrage but once they heard about the crimes and the abuse of power, they have only helped us and they want you ; princes to take over as well."

"Oh no no.." Seungmin said. "We would very much want this to be a democratic city and honestly, power scares us at this point."

"We just want to live a quite life." Hyunjin added.

The official gave a nod, respecting their decision as they got on the car. Jaeun didn't left Seungmin's hand.

All this glamour scared her.

"It's gonna be okay." Seungmin whispered to her, squeezing her hand a little.

The prince's were led inside the palace , Jaeun with them. She gasped at how beautiful everything seemed , she almost cried when she accidentally bumped to a vase.

It seemed so expensive, she couldn't imagine breaking that. It would probably cost more than her whole life's saving.

"Are you okay?" Hyunjin asked , noticing how on edge Jaeun looked.

"Yeah.." Jaeun said nervously.

"Good then I am going to show you my room!" Hyunjin pulled her with him. " Innie come with me!"

Jaeun looked at the huge hallways in awe. They were astonishing!

"This is my bed and this is Seungmin hyung's!" Hyunjin exclaimed once they were in his room.

"WOAH DID YOU DRAW THESE?!" Jaeun and Jeongin yelled out in surprise, the walls of their room was adorned with sketches and paintings made by Hyunjin.

"Are these Seungmin's ?" Jaeun asked looking at the huge bookshelf on one side.

Hyunjin nodded proudly.

"Guys, we need to attend the press and the trial." Chan entered with Seungmin. " Come fast."

Hyunjin and Jeongin followed him out as Seungmin stayed behind after assuring them that he would be there in a minute.

He went ahead and back hugged Jaeun.

"Do you want to attend the trial?" Seungmin asked softly.

"No.." That was the last thing Jaeun wanted, to see people were responsible for her family's death. "Can I talk to those people who killed Felix and others?"

"Are you sure you want to see them?"

"Yes."

"They are at the palace prison for now. Go ahead." Seungmin said. "Also if you want to watch the trial or at us, just look out of the window from my room. It has a clear view."

"You are going to be okay, right?" Jaeun asked, turning around and hugging him.

"Yes, I will be."

"Promise?"

"Promise." Seungmin smiled. "Should I leave?"

"yeah." Jaeun said with a smile and gave him a peck. "I love you."

"I love you more."

Jaeun walked down the stairs to the basement where Seungmin said the cells are located.

She bowed to the security who were stationed there for safety and then proceeded to went towards the cell of one of the people involved.

"Were you involved for whatever happened in Australia?"

"I am sorry. I was just following the orders." The guy apologized , he didn't seem older than twenty five.

"How can you just kill people to follow orders!?" Jaeun was tearing up.

"If I disobeyed both me and my family would have been killed so I had to do it.." the guy looked down at his feets.

"Where are the bodies of the four of them?"

Jaeun asked after a while, she wanted to atleast give them one last honour of a proper funeral.

"Four!?" The guy looked up in surprise.

"We killed Lee Minho ..rather he sacrificed himself and Seo Changbin go on with the other two and was captured and killed later."

Jaeun looked at him suspiciously.

"How can you lie after all this!? What did you do to Jisung and Felix?"

"I am not lying!" He protested. "We have no idea where they both are! They escaped us and before we could catch up, we were called back."

"But Felix- Lix told they were captured."

"I am sorry but I have no idea if there was another group chasing them."

Jaeun was confused as to what happened when another security came dashing down the stairs.

"Miss Shin Jaeun?"

"Yeah?"

"There's someone called Lee Felix waiting for you."

Jaeun's body froze, she couldn't believe that Felix was here. He was here after all this and he was safe just like they had promised to each other.

Jaeun ran up the the stairs and to all the way till the main hall of the palace and stopped dead when she saw Felix's back, facing the yard.

"Bokkie!"

"Eun-ah!" Felix turned around and opened up his arms .

Jaeun ran up to him and hugged him so tight that Felix had to stumble back a few steps to regain his balance.

"How are you? " Felix chuckled, caressing her hair.

"I am good but how are you? How are you here?! What happened!?" Jaeun bombarded him with questions.

"Let me breathe first, Eun." Felix giggled.

"I missed you so much..i- I thought you were dead and I couldn't--"

Jaeun couldn't stop herself from crying, She missed Felix so much but she had suppressed all her feelings .

Seeing Felix now ; safe and alive made all her walls crumble down.

"I am here now, eun don't cry!"

"You won't leave again, right?" Jaeun asked amidst sobbing.

"Never."
