"Well, I guess its fine. I really like it here." I told him with a smile. "I'm glad," he said.
"Come here," I told him pulling him close to me. I wrapped my arms around his waist and hugged him tightly, the water was hot and hugging him made it a lot hotter, although I didn't mind at all.

"Ah— you're so cuddly." Kagaya stated and I blushed quickly hiding my face in his chest. "Dont be embarrassed, I like it." He pat my head, running his fingers through my hair.
"I just don't want to annoy you with being so clingy..." I said looking down and he smiled, he rubbed his wet thumb over my sweaty cheek. "No, i like it. You're more than I could ever ask for." He said and I blushed again.

"I hope that I am good for you." I told him suddenly. "What do you mean?" He asked and I sighed, "I just don't feel like I'm a good partner." I said and I saw him smile softly.
"You're fine, you're my girlfriend and you're amazing. Even if we haven't been together for a long time you're amazing." He said, trying to reassure me. His soft voice did help as he pulled me in again for another hug.

"You're perfect just the way you are y/n, please never change." Kagaya said, his body close to mine as I smiled. His words made me feel important. "Thank you, you're perfect as well Kagaya." I replied and he pushed me off, then cupping my cheeks kissing me.

"I love you, okay? Never forget that." Kagaya said softly, standing infront of me. He was so hot, truly. His body was just perfect, even if it was cursed.
"I love you too, a lot." I replied, staring at him. He smiled softly and grabbed onto my hand, holding it.

"We should get going," Kagaya spoke up. I nodded in agreement. "Okay." I got out, reaching for Kagaya's hand to help him out.
After we were both out i handed him a towel to dry off and grabbed myself one. I also dressed him back into his yukata and dressed myself back into mine.

Grabbing onto Kagaya's hand i led him out of the door, locking it behind us.
I turned around to see the lady, this time she looked different. I quickly realized that she was a demon, not just any demon, but an upper moon.

I knew she was too suspicious before, I should've realized it sooner. I don't have anything to defend us with and my eyes widened.
"Quickly, we need to go!" I yelled to Kagaya, he was confused as I pulled him along running. I'm disappointed in myself for not realizing sooner that there was a demon here. I should've been able to tell, maybe I've gotten too week since resigning. We need a hashira here to kill this thing.

"Fuck, I don't know what to do." I admitted as I pulled Kagaya along, outside of the building and behind a wall. Obviously, I knew it could smell us but what else could I do?

"Ah, we need a hashira..." Kagaya said. A crow came down to us and sat on my shoulder, observing what was happening. At least it came in time so we both didn't get attacked, at least badly.

Before speaking, it flew away again. I sighed, wanting to cry as I slid down the wall holding my head in my hands, resting it on my knees. Kagaya sat next to me on the cold concrete. "Someone will come," he spoke. I shook my head, tears in my eyes as I sniffed. "I'm so useless." I said and I felt him sigh himself, "You're not," he started. "It you were useless you wouldn't be my girlfriend." He told me, but I shook my head. "I never deserved to be a hashira." I said and I heard Kagaya get annoyed with me. "Stop that, you're not the one who decides that, it's me who does. Shut up." He was mad at me, and it made me more sad. What if he hates me because I can't even kill one demon without a sword?

"I'm sorry..." I said, I heard Kagaya groan. "It isn't your fault." He spoke, "its mine. I brought you here and put you, my girlfriend, in danger. I'm the one to blame." He said but my heart sank, now he's sad. My darling Kagaya is sad and its my fault, it's all my fault, everything.

"Are you putting on a show for me? Its pathetic." I heard the demon say, I looked up to see her, a very severe appearance change because I looked up horrified, her one large eye terrifying me as her wicked smile grew. Her black hair covered her as she threw her biwa at me, quickly dodging it by ducking she grew angry.

"I have you, I have both of you in my hands now and I will kill you. I've been waiting years for this moment!" She screeched and I panicked as she charged forward. I stood up quickly and dragged Kagaya away, of course he couldn't run as fast as me as he was an ill man so I picked him up like a newly wed bride and started to run, back in the direction of the corps.

My eyes brighten, Giyuu was infront of me and I smiled. "Giyuu!" I called out and he ran towards me. "Where is it?" He asked and he quickly realized it was chasing us. "Get a hotel and stay there for the night, ill get you in the morning." He told us and I nodded before he ran off to go and fight the demon himself.
