I feel like I owe you all an explanation.
Taking a break from writing during the Christmas period was good for me, and refueled my love of writing. I fleshed out a few future chapters and plotted a new story.
But then, I guess, I took too much of a break that seemed to upset some people. I've posted on my profile about this, but I started receiving threats and vile messages, demanding I update for them.
It was wilding discouraging and ruined the experience for me. Thinking about updating this book gave me severe anxiety.
I've managed to overcome a lot of it, and I'm aiming to resume writing this story in the next week or so.
But please, please be kind. Not just to me, but to other authors as well. We don't owe you our time, we do this because we love it. Ultimately it's for ourselves.
Thank you all for your love on this book and my others, and I hope we can move forward in a more positive way.
