"Andrew Perkins hasn't signed off on her.You disagree with him?" Richard says as Autumn followed behind him and Owen.
"No. Keeping residents out of the O.R. until they're ready is the right approach for most of them, but not for Cristina." Owen says as Autumn nods her head in agreement.
"She won't feel like herself until she's back in surgery again. Believe me I didn't Cristina and I thrive of surgery it's where we feel at home and where we feel the most alive.You know Yang." Autumn says to him as he looks at them.
"I do.And you want to start her on an ex vivo heart reconstruction?" Webber says as he looks at Autumn.
"This is a once-in-a-lifetime" autumn says as Richard cuts her off.
"it is a hell of a lot of pressure is what it is." Richard says to them as Autumn shakes her head.
"Well, she operated on...I mean, she saved Derek
Shepherd with a gun to her head.I don't think that pressure is the issue for her." Autumn says to him.
"We owe her this, Richard, and she needs it.Put her back in the game." Owen says as autumn agrees with him.

"Linda Cotler, age 51,has been here three times in the last eight years for removal of malignant
myxomas from her heart." Jackson says as he reports on the case.
"But we won't be doing that again." Linda says as Autumn smiles at her.
"No, by removing both atria,and hopefully all
the cancerous cells,you won't have to keep coming back here." Autumn says to her as Linda looks over at Cristina.
"Hello, Dr. Yang.Nice to see a familiar face.Finally, someone we know." Linda says to her as autumn turns to face Cristina.
"Mrs. Cotler was a patient of Dr. Burke's.You assisted on her last myxoma removal" autumn says as Cristina nods at her.
"of course. - Of course. Hi." Cristina says as they all have a conversation about Cristina and Burke.
"Well, uh, sit tight,and we'll be back in with some forms for you to sign, and then we'll take you up." Autumn says to them.
"Thanks, Dr. Montgomery and congratulations to you two." Linda says as Cristina nods.

"I'm sorry. Why is this better than what Dr. Burke did?" Linda's husband asks as he looks at Autumn.
"Dr. Burke's approach was conservative and correct for the first few surgeries.This is radical and risky, but..." autumn tries to explain to them as they look at her.
"well, it sounds like it's gonna kill her" Linda's husband says as she looks at the couple.
"Linda's heart wall has grown weaker with every surgery,so there are greater odds of cardiac rupture. This may be her last chance." Autumn tells them.
"Paul... honey, every two years,we come here, they cut me open,and I watch it take ten years off of your life.I can't do it anymore.And neither can you." Linda says as they both look at Cristina.
"What about you?Do you think this is the best idea?" Paul asks Cristina as Autumn looks at her.
"Oh, I'm not, um..." Cristina says as Paul cuts her off.
"because what you and Dr.Burke did,it's kept her with me so far.If this was your husband, would you let Dr. Montgomery tear apart his heart?" Paul says as he looks at her.
"Yes.An aggressive approach is your only option.This is what you want." Cristina says to them.
"Okay.All right.Okay.We'll see you in there." They all say agreeing as Autumn goes to prepare for the surgery.

Autumn was filling out files as she hears a woman asking for her as the nurse looks at her. "I'm Dr Montgomery may I help you?" Autumn asks her as she looks Autumn up and down.
"Your Lukes girlfriend right?" The woman asks her as Autumn looks at her.
"Yeah I guess why who's asking?" Autumn asks her as the woman looks at her.
"Gosh how do you compete with a surgeon? I'm Macy it's seems Luke's been seeing us both at the same time. I'm also pregnant with his child he's known for weeks says he'll tell you but makes up an excuse so I decided to do the decent thing and tell you myself look I'm sorry." Macy says as Autumn looks at her before she walks over to the conference room as she slides down the wall as she brought her knees to her chest.

Mark had heard what had happened as he overheard a group of nurses talking about it as he went to go find Autumn.
He'd searched all the on call rooms and even the daycare to see if she had gone to be with their daughter. He heard small shaky breaths as he stood beside the conference room as he walks in to find Autumn as she was staring into space but he had noticed she wasn't crying as he sat beside her.
"I heard what happened Autumn. You know it's okay if you want to cry? I'm here for you I'll always be here for you." Mark says as Autumn looks at him as she burst out laughing as Mark looks at her confused.
"He cheated on me and got another woman pregnant and i was feeling guilty because Im in love with someone else. How could I have not noticed I felt bad for him and he's been cheating on me." Autumn says as she laughs as Mark smiles as her putting an arm around her as she rests her head on his shoulder.
"You deserve better than a rat like that." Mark tells her as Autumn nods at him slightly as she has a small smile on her lips.
"Well at least I'm not the one having his baby I mean she's been cheated on too and she's connected to him for the rest of her life now. I guess I got lucky to have Evie with you because your an amazing dad." Autumn says to him as she smiles at him.
"Yeah we did get pretty lucky and your an amazing mom and Evie is one very lucky little girl to have an amazing, strong, beautiful and kind mom as her role model if she turns out like you then we don't have a problem. But no boys until she's at least 25." Mark says making Autumn laugh.
"I don't think we have to worry for a while but she won't agree to that." Autumn says to Mark he smiles at her back.
