Autumn stood with Mark as he was giving Avery a pep talk before he headed off to his boards. Autumn looked over at Cristina. "Go kick some ass Yang and don't forget the basics." Autumn said knowing Cristina wouldn't need a full speech.

"Thanks Dr Montgomery." Cristina says walking past as she headed to the bus while Mark stood beside Autumn.

"It's like taking Evie to her first day of school." Mark says as Autumn chuckles at him slightly.

"Look at you proud father and all. They'll be fine they've all been working very hard just means we've got to find new residents to teach." Autumn says as Mark scoffs.

"Avery was a one off. Next people I'll be teaching is Evie, Sofia or Junior. But I'm a pretty great teacher I must say." Mark says as Autumn rolls her eyes at his ego.

"Whatever you say sloan I've got a scan." Autumn says heading back into the hospital at Mark ran after her.

Dr Chen smiled at the couple as Autumn laid on the bed. "Well here is baby. Looking healthy for 36 weeks and very strong heartbeat. They are measuring perfectly. So how are you feeling any changes?" Dr Chen says wiping Autumns stomach and looking at the couple.

"Junior has been very active lately and I've been getting Braxton hicks from time to time but otherwise everything is fine." Autumn tells her as she sits up.

"Well everything looks good so I'll see you in two weeks unless baby comes before then but everything looks great." Autumn gives her a small smile beige mark takes her hand and they headed to their floors.

"I'm sure this baby has my nose." Mark scans looking at the latest scan.

"Junior won't do to bad then will they. You've already got a twin called Evie." Autumn says as Mark smiles at her.

"My looks and your attitude we're lucky." Mark says kissing her lips as she kisses him back.

"Yeah I've still not forgiven you for the whole chief thing." Autumn says as mark scoffs looking at her.

"Autumn." He moaned looking at her. "It's been nearly a month." Mark said knowing she'd been keeping her distance between them.

"I still don't feel ready for fully forgive you yet." Autumn smirks as she had enjoyed torturing him lately before heading to check on her patients.

"Uh, kid arrested twice in the field." Owen said to Autumn as she looked at the boy on the table.

"Add an E.K.G. to the trauma labs and get X-ray in here, stat." Autumn called out to the nurses.

"Right away." The nurse said to her.

"Oh, god. Ricky.What was he even doing in his car?He's supposed to be at basketball practice." His mother said completely scared for her so .

"Okay, is he allergic to anything?" Bailey asks looking at the mother.

"No." She told them.

"Does he have heart problems?" Autumn asks him as the mother shook her head.

"No. Probably driving too fast.We sore that if he got even one ticket, we would take that car away from him." His mother said to Bailey.

"Hang a unit of O neg and make sure the C.T. is ready." Owen called out to them as the mother was hysterical.

Mark walked towards Autumn as she was sat in the attending's lounge with her feet up. Teddy had taken over the surgery as she was having more Braxton hicks again.

"Hey are you okay?" Mark asks looking at her as he sat beside her.

"Yeah fine I thought you had surgery." Autumn asks him as she continued to eat the bar of chocolate she had found.

"I have just came to check on you before I go in." Mark says as Autumn smiles at him.

"Well we're both fine so off you go to change a life and we'll see you later." Autumn said to Mark who stood up pecking her lips.

"I love you and you too Junior." Mark said leaning towards her bump as Autumn smiled at him brightly.

"I love you too now go." Autumn instructed him while mark held his hands up walking out the attending's lounge. This caused both the couple to laugh at his antics.

Callie sat beside Autumn as they were eating dinner. "I think I'm ready to have this baby. My feet are huge and these cramps I can't even stand up for long periods of time." Autumn groaned to Callie who smiled at her.

"Yeah but it will all be worth it in the end." Callie says looking at her.

"That is very true I have a feeling about the gender." Autumn says looking at Callie.

"You do? What do you think your having?" Callie said as Autumn rubbed her bump.

"Wouldn't you like to know. Let's say I have mothers intuition." Autumn says to Callie as the two of the lightly chuckle.

"Who would've have thought that we'd be in some crazy blended family." Callie says looking at Autumn.

"I know and have our kids to the same man. Least he's not too bad to look at." Autumn says as Callie laughs at her.

"He's also a very good dad." Callie admits as Autumn turns to face her.

"That's he is." Autumn agrees while the two women continued to catch while they for their other half's to finish up with their surgery's.

Autumn stood waiting to scrub into her surgery as mark walked over to her. "Eat this before you go in there you've barely eaten this morning." Mark said as Autumn smiled at him.

She ate the banana as he smiled at her before quickly pecking her lips. "Go do what you do." Mark says as Autumn looks at him.

"I might just be in the mood after this for well you know." Autumn said as mark shook his head.

"Don't tease me." He groaned as she smirked at him.

"Oh I'm not it's been way to long now I'm starting to suffer." Autumn told him as he chuckles at her while she smiles at him before going into her surgery.
