Last time...

Slowly the décor of the house started to change, subtle details that they both noticed. The glass and utensils are at the dining table. The handkerchief that the head and junior butlers were wearing, the color scheme of the dresses on the maids. Slight changes that they wouldn't have noticed before, but they knew what they meant now. Color-coded symbols and meanings. Psychology and subtle hints. Language of the higher class.

The big clock in the living room across the house started to ring — top of the hour, 8:00 AM — and right as it rang, they all heard a car pulling up the front gate. She was here.

The staff stiffened while the two boys and Theo couldn't have been more comfortable. Moments, later she barged into the house with a smile on her face. At first sight, from how she acts, one might mistake her status, but that's why she was the best person the kids knew by a long shot.

She came closer to the three, taking her dark-shaded glasses off for closer inspection, while the boy tried to hold a straight face, "You, kids are growing up faster than I can keep up with. I missed you." And she did. It had only been a month but a long month. She noted that the two kids were even more on guard. She caressed Josh's cheek, her hand trailed to the medical tape on his cheek. "You feel down the stairs again?" He silently nodded.

She took a heavy breath, "Where's that pesky brother of mine?"

"He's in his offi—"

before Junior could finish, good ol' senior came down the stairs, "Helen, nice to see you again,"

"Of course, it is, Josh. You look well off, renovating the house every month. The business taking off, huh?" her brother gave her a plastic smile, "You'll have them back by lunch. We'll be waiting for you here with the meals prepared," "Always down to business," "Of course," she replied, "Y'know how I am with appointments." She turned to the three, who had a confused look on their faces, "Did no one tell you? We're going on an adventure today. Hanging out with your cool aunt," their faces lit up, then the expression disappeared as soon as it came.

"Well then. I'll also be taking Theodore with me," she exclaimed, "I need him around the house to take care of things," "No, you don't. Besides, you have the other butler here. I'll see you at lunchtime, Joshua," Before he could rebuttal, she hurriedly pushed the three of them out of the house. She ran to her parked car in her usual not ladylike manner, the kids dashing behind her. They all jumped into the convertible, and she hit the peddle, sending them off full throttle and away from that house.

She fixed her hair through the head mirror and checked on the two brothers in the back seat; they were laughing between taking rapid breaths. The oldest in the shotgun seat already caught his breath and had a full smile on his face. "That's more like it," she thought. She put her glasses back on and said, "So boys, how we doin'?" "We doin' great aunty, that was sick!" she smiled at the excitement Theo was showing, "What about you two?" she asked. They both gave her a thumbs up, still trying to catch their breath.

"Theo," she said, "Yes captain," he replied, "Compartment. Over your leg. Cassette. Go," "Roger that," he replied. He opened it, took out a random cassette, and put it in, and rock music popped up. "This what you into these days?" he asked, "I gotta mix it up sometimes, Theo,"
