As Queen Cordyceps, walks out of the capital of Eden, she sees Shay and says " My Prince, you have came home at last. It seems that you brought some of your human friends with you, WHY?"

"Prince?" Says Dante.

"Yes Prince, I'm the son of That vial grotesque creature. She is..... My Mother."

"Show them your TRUE FORM my Prince, show the HUMANS who you really are."

While Queen Cordyceps is 600 meters away from the group, Shay walks 10 meters away from the group and suddenly starts to twitch and screeched in pain and suffering from the Cordyceps shrooms start to sprout and the Arms and legs and heads grow in such a lascivious way, you can hear the sounds of his spinal cord breaking into three and the growing of mutation of the heads. As the vial blood and skin melting away like butter on bread, and replaced with bones and plates and flowers of all poisons. As the once-man came into an unknown creature, his jawline had broke in several places and had teeth as long of stake knifes and fingers no longer than small daggers; eyes as tiger eyes and his chest piece that was once his suit came into a hard Cordyceps plate with poisoning flowers and vines coming out with thorns behind his back as a cape, and on the side of his hip was a whip that was made of human spinal cords and flesh.

" Why are you doing this to me and them?"

The group just staying in shock and suddenly goes into their defensive positions.

" I am doing this to you, because you need to show these stupid, unacceptable, clueless, sinful humans to put them in their place and they are hurting nature and polluting the world. They need to be punished for their sins and stupidity." said the queen ....

" But that happened three months ago we have to go back to where it all started from where the world ended, from the last war between the Americs and the Wanderers."

The infection began to spread in the United States in late September 2013. In just several months, roughly 60% of humanity was either killed or infected by the cordyceps fungus,[2] referred to as Cordyceps Brain Infection.[3] The fungus grows while the host is still alive, taking away their higher brain function (and with it, their humanity), and causing the infected host to become hyper-aggressive and incapable of reason or rational thought (stage 1), stage 1 starts anywhere in between 1-2 days of infection.

As the infection progresses, the infection begins altering their sight as a result of progressing fungal growth over the head and corruption of their visual cortex (stage 2), stage 2 starts anywhere in between 1-2 weeks of infection. The infection will eventually scar their face completely, causing them to lose their sight, resulting in them developing a primitive form of echolocation to compensate (stage 3), stage 3 starts anywhere in between 1-2 years of infection. Over a very long time, they will eventually develop hardened fungal plates over most of their body (stage 4), stage 4 starts anywhere in between 1-2 decades of infection. If the fungus kills the host, the host's body will grow stalk-like fungal projections which release infectious spores. The infection can also be spread through bites from living hosts. Hosts can only be infected while alive, as the fungus is unable to infect dead bodies due to it's parasitic nature, though dead Infected can release spores regardless of stage.

To protect themselves from airborne spores, survivors wear gas masks; Obviously, those who are immune do not need them.
