Friday
The next week flew by. Alex and Tobin had practice everyday but Andy tagged along with them as Mark Parsons said she could. Tobin and Alex seemed to be 1in the best shape they had ever been in. They were almost perfect every practice. Now all that practice had to translate into the game later tonight.

Andy got up and stretched. She hobbled into the bathroom to get ready for the day. She pulled on a PTFC player shirt Tobin had gotten her that said Heath and 17 on the back. She got one that was Alex's too but chose her moms for today. She pulled on her ripped skinny jeans and her PDX Alex Morgan signed SnapBack. She also decided to pull on a red Thorns hoodie with the Thorns logo in black on the front. On the one sleeve of the hoodie, it said Heath and 17 and the other sleeve said Morgan and 13. Tobin and Alex got it customized for her. She pulled on her brace and made sure it was secure. She adjusted her hair and put her SnapBack back on her head. She grabbed her crutches and headed to the kitchen.

Tobin was making breakfast when Andy came in. "Morning kiddo." She said, noticing her daughter enter the room.

"Hey mom. Ready for the game today?" Andy asked, sitting on the stool at the counter. Tobin smiled.

"Sure am." Just then, Alex walked in.

"Good morning Heath's." She said. Tobin and Andy smiled.

"Morning baby girl." Tobin said, pulling her girlfriend in for a kiss.

"Morning mama." Andy said, smiling at her moms. "So when do we head over?"

"Well. The game is at 6:30pm. And Mark always wants us there about 3 hours before so we'll leave around...2:45?" Tobin said. Alex and Andy nodded. "It's 10 right now so we've got a few hours to kill."

The little family ate breakfast chatting about the game and how everything in life was somehow turning out alright.

"When are you going to see Theo?" Alex asked Andy. Andy shrugged.

"I'm not sure. Probably after the game unless she texts me." Andy explained. Tobin looked down at her watch and saw that it was almost 11. Tobin gave Alex a look and Alex smiled and nodded.

"So kiddo. Your mom and I are going to go run a few errands before we have to get going to the game." Alex said. Andy looked at her moms confused. Before she could ask any questions though, the door bell rang. "I'll get that." Alex said, getting up to go answer the door.

"Please tell me you didn't get me a babysitter." Andy complained to her mom. Tobin chuckled and shook her head.

"No. I didn't get you a babysitter." Tobin said.

"She got you me." A female voice said from the front of the apartment. Andy's eyes widened in shock. She knew that voice better than anything.

"Theo?" Andy said turning around in her chair to see her best friend with a Hope Solo jersey, skinny jeans, Nike's and a Utah Royals SnapBack. Her hair was down naturally and all Andy could do was stare wide eyed and admire her best friends beauty. After a few...minutes of the two staring, Alex and Tobin cleared their throats.

"Well. We will see you two in a little bit." Tobin said. "Ready to go babe?" Alex nodded. The two put their plates in the sink, put their shoes on and headed out the door.

"What are you doing here?" Andy asked. "Why didn't you tell me you were coming?" Theo rolled her eyes.

"I wanted to surprise you. Besides, your moms helped me set the surprise up." Theo explained. "I wanted to see you before the game since I didn't know if I was going to be able to see you after." Andy nodded. She stood up and opened her arms for her best friend. Theo walked up and bear hugged Andy. The two stood like that for a while.

"I know it's only been about a week but I missed you so fucking much." Andy said. She took a deep breath. She pulled away from the hug. "And I...I need to tell you something..." Theo looked at her questionably. "Can we sit?" Theo nodded and helped Andy lower herself onto the couch.

The two sat in silence for a few minutes while Andy got her thoughts in order. Little did she know that Theo was organizing her own thoughts as well. "Well I have something to tell you too." Theo said. "A few things actually." Andy nodded. "Did you want to go first or me?" She asked.

"Yeah. I'll go first." Andy said. She took another deep breath. "Ok first I want to say that I'm sorry. If by me telling you this ruins things, I'm sorry." Theo gave her a confused look. "Ok. Shit. Ok. So for a long time, well I guess not that long, but maybe a month or so. Maybe not even that, I realized something. I...uh...like...someone." Andy said, looking down and fiddling with her fingers. "I like this girl. She is the most amazing girl I have ever met." Theo began to get uncomfortable as she didn't want to hear Andy talking about someone she liked. She wanted Andy to like her. But all she wanted was for Andy to be happy so of course she'd listen. "She's been with me by my side since we were 6. In middle school, when I realized I was gay and told her, she said 'Me too!' and then we starting running around. But recently I realized that I like her." Theo watched her friend talk about this girl. "This is the only girl I've ever really truly had feelings for." Andy continued. She still couldn't look at Theo as she was scared about her reaction. "She's got this beautiful brown hair. Brown hair that is so much like Alex Morgan's even though they aren't related. She's got these piecing blue eyes that I could stare into all day. God, I love her abs. I love the way she plays football. I love how every time she scores a goal, she runs to me. She's so kind and caring and...and amazing and so damn talented." Andy finally looked up at Theo. She noticed how Theo was trying to hide how sad she was that Andy was talking about another girl. So Andy decided to try and make Theo understand she was talking about her. "She brought me to my first USWNT game. And if it weren't for her, I wouldn't have met my mom. I wouldn't be where I am right now." Andy said, looking directly into Theo's widened eyes.

"So, this girl," Theo started, "she wouldn't happen to be right in front of you?" Theo said with confidence. Andy smiled.

"She actually is." Andy said. Theo smiled. "I...like you...Theo. And I think I have for a while and just never knew it."

"Well. That's good." Theo said, smirking at Andy. "Because I like you too."
