~ 𝑆 𝑤 𝑒 𝑎 𝑡 𝑒 𝑟 𝑊 𝑒 𝑎 𝑡 ℎ 𝑒 𝑟 ~

RANBOO:

It was one of those days where you just wanted to cuddle up and stay inside all day.
Of course it's always cold in Snowchester, but today it was cold and flurrying like crazy.

I decided to slip on my favorite sweater that Tubbo got me a few months ago for Christmas.

I also decided I'd take the day off so I could spend some time with my lovely husband.
It is Valentines Day after all.

I hear him skipping out to the living room where I was reading a book on the couch with a blanket over my lap.

I look up and ironically, he's wearing the sweater I got for him a few months back as well.

I chuckle,
"What a nice sweater, Tubbs."

He chuckled as he sits down next to me and playfully nudged me.
"Why thank you. I could say the same for yours."
He said giggling.

I carefully close me book and set it aside before offering some of the blanket to him which he gladly accepted.

I wrapped my arm around his shoulders and we gazed out the window into the blizzard.

"It's definitely one of those days to just stay inside where it's nice and cozy.."
He said smiling brightly up at me.

I smiled softly and nodded.
"I agree.. Plus, I wanted to spend some time with you anyway."

He blushed and hummed happily.

I looked down at him and noticed how the sleeves of his sweater consumed his hands since the sleeves were a bit oversized, and I found it adorable..

He then reached over across my lap to grab the book I was reading,
"Watcha readin'..?"
He asked curiously looking at the dark brown leather book.

"Just an old fantasy book I found while cleaning out the attic. Would you like read with me?"
I asked with a calm smile, to which he nodded happily.

I read the book aloud to him and he helped me turn the pages..
He listened so intently, closing his eyes every now and then seemingly to picture it.

Eventually, he stopped turning the page.. that's when I heard tiny subtle snores.

I looked over to see him fast asleep, incredibly peaceful.

I smiled at the sight before gently closing the book and putting it to the side.
I gently covered him up with more of the blanket and held him close..

Eventually I couldn't keep my eyes open, and I drifted into a peaceful slumber as well.

I woke up in the middle of the night to see Tubbo snoring away, cuddled up to me, and drooling the tiniest bit.
I chuckled softly as the sight and I sighed, looking off into the night sky out the window.

Then I heard a small tired groan.

"...It's cold.."
He mumbled, still half asleep.

I carefully grabbed another blanket that was conveniently near by and wrapped it around him gently,

"Is that better, love..?"
I asked softly.

He rubbed his eyes and sank into the blankets a little..

"A little bit.."
He mumbled again.

I then got up and found yet another blanket, then wrapped him up in it.

He let out a calm hum,
"Much better.."

I smiled and say back down, nuzzling into him.
"I'm glad.. Can't have you freezing to death, huh?"
I replied.

He giggled and sighed,
"Hey, Boo?"
He said.

"Yes, Tubbs?"
I replied.

"Thank you."
He said.

"For what..?"
I asked curiously.

"For loving me.. And for accepting me and always being there when I needed it the most. You never once made me feel bad about myself or any of that stuff.. You're my everything."
He explained..

I smiled down at him..
"..Tubbo, darling, I love you more than anything. In fact, I love you so much that I put a ring on it, remember?? There's no need to thank me for showing the most amazing guy I've ever met my love and affection."
I said.

He smiled and kissed my cheek..
"This is exactly why I love you."
