Mimi was finally moved in, and just in time. Firstly, I have a four day weekend coming up, so I can spend more of my time with her and keep close.
Secondly, the war came exactly to the area she was living in with my friend before. In secret, of course. So said friend doesn't know. But it's still scary, and Buddy is still there with her. I told her to keep track of Buddy, just in case anything happens.
I hope I'm not being too paranoid.
