A/N - Hi! Quick note before we begin! I'd just like to apologise for the longer wait than usual. I just felt unmotivated and sad from all the recent news. I won't specify since you have probably heard but I have just been feeling more apathetic and depressed than usual which was hindered my ability to write this.

But don't worry about me! This just means I won't release chapters as quick as before! I rushed for a March 1st release and I barely got there. This is still continuing, just slower than usual.

Alright, then! Enjoy Chapter 16: 低下!

Paula and Ana were nearing the city boundaries next to the library but were out of breath after having to dodge so many attacks from crows, dogs and the like. They sat on the path and just

"Huff... puff... h-hey, Paula," Ana gasped. "Where do... you think they've... gone?"

"I have a vague idea of where Ness would go, but not the other one..."

"The other one? Paula, Ninten is like a clone or anything..."

"Sorry, I forgot his name," Paula shrugged. "Also, it's really funny that you're denying the fact that they're literal carbon copies of each other."

"Ninten's got different eyes! Oh, and a baseball cap with the San Fransisco Giants on it! They're different!"

"We're pretty similar too. Pink dresses, blonde hair. And that kid Lloyd looks somewhat alike to Jeff! Not to mention that Tony has a really similar hat to yours! And from what I heard, each of us had to collect pieces to a song! We are almost the same if you think about it!"

Ana, startled, faced away from Paula for a minute. She raised her hands to the sky with her palms facing her. She thought for a moment, put them down and turned back to Paula. Her face was as white as paper. She looked freaked out.

"Are... you alright?"

"Sorry. It's just hard to believe that I'm just a... clone. The thing that made us must not have been very creative."

She angrily stared and pointed to an imaginary person. Paula sat, very confused.

"Wh-who're you referring to? God?"

"No, not the Father." Ana replied, still staring elsewhere. "He is forever omnibenevolent. I am referring to someone different. I just don't know who yet..."

'Ommibenvuh-what??' Did she say omnivorous?!

"Um, okay. Anyway, should we continue looking? The sun's about to go down."

"Heeh?! Wait, what?!"

Ana checked her watch. 3:45 PM.

"ALREADY?! OH DEAR! WE GOTTA FIND 'EM!"

She snatched Paula's hand and zipped away with the latter being dragged along.

"Hey?! Where are we going?! Danggit, w-wait!! Gaah!"

Ness and Ninten were waiting for their order at their table. They started talking to each other while waiting.

"Hey," said Ness, "I got a question."
