Y/n P.O.V~

The sunlight beamed down into my room, making my eyes twitch as I woke up. I smiled as I opened my eyes and turned on my side, seeing that Erza was still sleeping. I instantly got an idea as I quickly and quietly exited the room and headed towards my kitchen. I promptly began to make some waffles for my wife and me. As I finished the waffles and put them on a plate, I heard footsteps coming down the stairs, making me turn my head to see my lovely wife coming down the stairs as I spoke.

Y/n:" Morning, Erza."

Erza smiled back at me as she spoke.

Erza:" Good morning, love."

I pulled out a chair as Erza sat down, and I put a plate of waffles in front of her before sitting down myself.

Y/n:" How'd you sleep?"

Erza:" I slept well last night; how about you?"

Y/n:" I slept okay."

Erza:" That's nice."

I looked down as I ate before Erza spoke.

Erza:" Are you okay?"

Y/n:" Yeah, I'm okay; I'm just a little bit stressed; it's just you've been pregnant for nine months now, and the baby could be here any day now."

Erza held my hand as she spoke.

Erza:" Hey, relax, it's going to be okay. It's going to be an excellent delivery."

I looked down at Erza's and I's interlocked hands as I spoke.

Y/n:" Erza, do you'll think I'll be a good father?"

Erza smiled and spoke, looking deeply into my eyes.

Erza:" Y/n, you're going to be a wonderful father."

I smiled, and we went back to eating out waffles. After we finished our breakfast, we exited our home and began to walk to the guild. Erza and I entered the guildhall seeing everyone talking and being rowdy, just like usual. I smiled and sat at my usual spot at the bar ordering a drink as Gajeel sat next to me and spoke.

Gajeel:" Dude, are you okay you rarely ever drink this early in the morning."

I sincerely sighed, looking down into my beverage.

Y/n:" Yeah, I'm fine, just stressed is all."

Gajeel:" Ah, the whole baby situation got you stressed?"

I nodded as he spoke while patting my back.

Gajeel:" Look, man, I know this must be stressful, but it's going to be okay. Erza and the kid, as far as you've told me. You've got nothin' wordy about buddy."

I smiled at my friend's comforting words before I heard Natsu shout out.

Natsu:" Oh God!! It's everywhere!!!"

I looked over where Natsu's voice had come from to see Erza standing up with fluid surrounding the floor next to her. I think quickly realized that Erza's water had broken as I cursed.

Y/n:" Oh shit!"

I tried to get off my seat but fell before I quickly got up, grabbing Erza into my arms bridal style and using my dragon force; I formed wings as I ran out of the guildhall before taking off flying to the nearest hospital.

Third-person P.O.V~

Y/n sat outside of the delivery room, his hands shaking as he held a cup of water. Irene placed her hand on Y/n's shoulder as she spoke.

Irene:" Relax, Y/n, it's going to be okay."

The two of them had been there for five hours as a nurse exited the delivery room as she spoke.

Nurse:" Y/n, it's time to start pushing."

Y/n quickly got out of his seat as Y/n entered the room. Natsu and his gang entered the room as he spoke.

Natsu:" Where's the baby?"

Irene:" Not here yet."

Natsu sighed as he spoke.

Natsu:" Dang it, whatever, I'm going to find a bathroom."

Natsu opened a door as Irene spoke.

Irene:" Natsu wait, that's the-."

Natsu's eyes widened as Erza let out a scream before he closed the door sitting next to Irene as he spoke under his breath.

Natsu:" That kid is going to have a lot of hair."

Natsu then got out of his seat, traumatized by what he had just seen.

Natsu:" I'm going to go wash out my eyes."

After a couple more minutes of hearing, Erza's screams and a nurse exited the room and spoke to Irene.

Nurse:" Ms., come meet your granddaughter."

Irene got out of her seat and entered the room, seeing her daughter sleeping and Y/n holding a sleeping baby girl wrapped in a blanket with a little bit of red hair. Irene came over to Y/n and spoke, looking at her granddaughter.

Irene:" What's her name?"

Y/n looked up and spoke with a smile on his face.

Y/n:" Rosemary."

Irene and Y/n both smile, happy to welcome this new life into their family.
