"Welcome to my final act of retaliation against the moon," Mumbo says, raising his arms in the air and motioning to the three missiles behind him.

Grian glances up at the moon with a frown. Would three missiles be enough? And that rocket Scar was planning was still not built yet, so plan B was not ready if Mumbo's plan failed.

"Not sleeping did not help like I thought it would, so I have decided to blow up the moon!" Mumbo continues. "So, please take a seat and enjoy the show!"

The other four members of Boatem take a seat as Mumbo fiddles with controls. Grian hears a fluttering of cloth behind him and glances back into the trees that surrounded Mumbo's mountain. Nothing.

"Right! Missiles will launch in five..." Mumbo's voice pulls Grian back to reality. "Four... Three... Two... One..."

A loud boom! shook the ground as the missiles took off. The winged Hermit cringes, almost expecting the missiles to explode on the ground. But they flew up.

"Yes!" Mumbo laughs, pumping his fist in the air in triumph. "I wasn't sure if they would actually take off!"

"Right, how long is this going to take to blow up the moon?" Pearl asks, watching the three projectiles make their way upwards.

"They should make contact any..."

Mumbo trails off. And Grian could see why. The missiles were way off target. They were flying off into the void of space instead of at the moon.

"No! I calculated this perfectly! They should have hit it!" Mumbo now looked very distraught.

"And this is why I don't let you do math when we're working together," Impulse mutters quietly.

"Right!" Grian claps his hands together, drawing the attention of the Boatem members to him. "So this failed! Let's move on to plan B, which was honestly plan A anyways. Scar, that rocket. When and where is it?"

The four Hermits trains their eyes on Scar. He grins and for the first time in a long time it looked genuine.

"Does this mean you're in need of Offworld Escapes?" Scar asks, rubbing his hands together.

"Yes, very much so."

"Well, have I got the offer for you," Scar inhales, ready to go off on a business speech.

"We'll stop you right there," Pearl says before Scar can start. "Please, just get us out of here."

"Yep. Don't care how much it costs, just get us out of here," Impulse adds.

"So you guys agree to me taking all the diamonds in your hourglasses as payment? Awesome, I'll see you guys when the rocket is finished!"

And with that, Scar was gone.

"What?" Grian felt very confused for a second.

"I think we just got scammed... by the guy we hired to scam people," Impulse points out.

"God, he's good at this," Grian squints at Scar's retreating figure.
