The next day came and went and it was about time for your shift. You opened up the closet, grabbing your work clothes and changing into them. You fixed your hair before grabbing your stuff and heading out. You were quick to running outside and to your car. You stepped in, and checked your phone. Your boss had texted you on what you needed to do today. She wanted you to go in the breaker room check on everything. You weren't going to be able to get in and get out, you had to stay for a prolonged amount of time.

You finally pulled out of the driveway and to the pizzeria. As you drove, the sky only got darker. From a dark purple hue, to a deep white-dotted black sky. The road was calm, hopefully a forecast for the day ahead of you. It was a quick ten-minute drive, nothing too long.

Eventually, you got there. It was fully dark by now. You stepped out of your car. The air was cool, a soft breeze sweeping by. You took a deep breath before approaching the building. You walked in, heading to the elevator. As you descend, you thought about what might happen in there. It wasn't always clear what he would do, or what mood he was in, so anything that involved him had a level of risk to it.

You got to the underground place, exiting the elevator. You walked out into the opening, trying to calm yourself before you went. You got down, crawling into the Ballora gallery. You stood back up, turning on a flashlight to help you navigate. You walked at a regular pace, no rush, no fear. Just a normal pace to the breaker room. You walked up to the door, looking right at for a second. You reached out and grabbed the door handle. You opened the heavy door, squeezing inside. You were very careful as to not let it shut back on its own. You turned around, faced with the small, yet menacing room.

You were supposed to make sure everything was in order, systems were online, and Freddy was where he needed to be. You were careful walking in there, as it could be dangerous to touch any of the live wires. You opened up the panel, checking to make sure everything was online. Fortunately, everything was.

You suddenly heard the sound of nearby footsteps. Your eyes went wide as you looked around to find the source. As the lights flickered, there was a large silhouette revealed. You took an uneasy step back, not entirely sure what to do in this situation.

You tried to scramble out, tripping backwards and hitting a wire. You let out a yelp in pain from the shock. The lights flickered again, now revealing a pair of familiar feet coming towards you. You scrambled to get back up and out of there. You finally got up, meeting eye contact with him for a split second before dashing out of the door. You slammed it shut behind you, panting in fear. You almost tripped again getting out of there, dropping to the floor in defeat. You calmed yourself before pulling yourself back up, standing up straight. You could feel your body trembling. You slowly walked back out of Ballora gallery.

Your pace was slow and uneasy, you tried to remind yourself that you were okay. You finally got to the vent, crawling out into the main room. You were still a bit shaken, almost falling over as you tried to get up. You grabbed the wall for support, before heading off to the elevator.

You finally got out of the building entirely, walking at a quick pace to get to your car. You got in, did a quick check to make sure you had everything, then drove off. The calm of the road was still there, making for a relaxing moment before you got home. Once you got there, your pretty much immediate response was flopping into bed. After changing of course. As you laid there you looked at the new mark on your arm from the shock. You softly sighed, you could've handled that a lot better. Let's just hope tomorrow is a less unfortunate day.
