This was the chapter that started this whole book, this was a oneshot and turned into this whole story, I still love the original even if it reeks of my old writing style

Anyway, enjoy!)

You woke up from your long nap, you had to go back tonight. You got up, and got ready, redressing back in your work clothes, and fixing your hair. You went out to your car, stepping in. The sky was dark again, and only getting darker. You started thinking about what you were tasked with. You were finally going to see him up close, it was a bit exciting, but in a scary way. You knew that you had to get him out of the breaker room first. Considering how he was with his playful antics, this wouldn't be that simple of a task.

The traffic was a bit iffy, you sighed. 'Please don't let this be a bad day, please.' You thought. You finally made it there, luckily with a bit of time left on your hands. You stepped out of your car and walked up to the establishment. You went in, immediately going into the elevator. You glanced around at the posters in the elevator. You pulled out your phone checking the time. You had plenty of time to get him where he needed to go. The elevator stopped, and you stepped out.

You were quick with going into Ballora gallery, and the direction to the breaker room. You weren't going to hesitate, you needed all the time you could get. Even if you were quite confident in what you were doing, you still had a deep sense of dread in side of you. You approached the door hesitantly. You took a deep breath and opened the door. You squeezed in past the heavy door like last time. You looked around the room. Unfortunately, he wasn't on his stage. You would have to look for him. You softly sighed, before turning on your flashlight to find him. You were careful not to trip on any wires, you didn't need another accident like that.

You flicked your flashlight at the ground, looking for his feet since he could get agitated if it was flicked in his face. You heard a sudden shuffle, followed by a faint giggle. 'Freddy please...' You thought. Despite how much you wanted to just point your flashlight up and the exact direction...you couldn't. If you wanted to do this and survive, you had to play by his rules.

You continued the way around the room, pointing the flashlight at different areas of the floor. At one point you saw a slight disturbance of some wires. You breathed easy, and stayed calm, this was all a game. You eventually found yourself in a corner, looking around the room. You turned around facing the corner, you were trying to calm yourself. You suddenly heard the footsteps again, but they were right behind you. A hand slipped onto your shoulder.

"Found you~!"

You froze. Your breath hitched in your throat. He laughed from behind you.

"No ones ever played along so well!" He cheered.

"You're quite special for that!"

He suddenly spun you around, now having you pressed up against his belly. He giggled at your dazed reaction. You were also forced to look at him. You choked out a few sounds, trying to speak. He slightly tilted his head, giving you his attention to speak. "W-We have to get somewhere.." You said. He giggled again, "Why would we wanna do that~?" He whined. "We can just stay in here! You realize how lonely it gets?" He said. "Please...we have to go..." You whimpered. It was starting to get a little hard to breathe as you could feel his speaker and buttons pushed against your skin. His arm also had a firm grip on your back, it was all really starting to hurt. He pouted at you, before finally releasing you. "Fine! But you have to come back and visit me." He demanded. Anything to get this over with. You never realized how uncertain and frightening he would be up close.

You were finally able to get him out of there. You lead him to the parts and service. You were starting to feel a little less shaken. 'He hasn't really tried hurting me...at least not on purpose...' You thought. You entered the small room, him following. He slowly heaved himself onto the conveyor in front of you. He looked up at you, directly in the eyes. A stare similar to the one from the other day. "Tell me when you want to begin." You stated. He blinked, his look changing again, now more peaceful. "You'll give me a second, won't you?" He asked, cocking his head to the side. It was as if he was testing you about something. You gave a slight nod. You were going to be patient with him in hopes it might help you.

He eventually gave you his okay. You were a bit nervous, but also ready and determined to help him. "Alright. I'm done." You said. He looked you right in the eye again. You got a bit nervous for a second. He suddenly grabbed you by the arms, pulling you down into his lap. "Ahh?!" You let out a started gasp. "You've been quite a sweetheart to me." He said, squeezing you. You didn't say anything, trying to calm yourself. 'Hes not really hurting me...' You thought. "After all, I was a little but worried I'd have to do something..." He cooed into your ear, a vagueness to his words. "No no, I'm here to help you Freddy. That's all." You said.

You knew that his simplistic childish kind of ways were partially a facade. He could be much more serious and even terrifying if he wanted to, but he didn't. He may have even liked you, seen you as different. You'd even encountered it with the way he stared at you the past few days. "You really should start visiting me more often, you seem like great company!" He chimed, his tone changing entirely. You thought about it for a second. 'Maybe...' You looked up at him. He smiled back down at you, a soft giggle coming from his chest. "I mean, alright..." You said. He giggled again. "Great! After all, I found you, and now you're all mine~!" He said in a cheerful tone.

You soon realized that you'd been there for a while. "Oh, I have to go Freddy." You said as you attempted to wriggle out of his grip. "No!" He exclaimed, tightening his grip. "You're not just going to leave me alone like that!" He cried. "Its alright Freddy, I'll be back tomorrow...I promise." You said. He released you slowly. "Okay...I'll be ready for tomorrow!" He exclaimed, finally letting you go. You waved bye to him as you left, partially wondering what exactly your relationship with him was. Are you his friend now? His acquaintance? You left the building, getting into your car. You drove back home. You'd be there tomorrow, and he'd get to see you again.
