I SLOWLY CLOSED THE FRONT DOOR BEHIND ME as I entered our small home. The lights had been dimmed and it was evident that everyone had already eaten dinner and were now in their respective rooms. I bit my lip as I tried to fight the smile that was making its way up to my face. After Ren and I had decided to give our relationship a try, he had taken me out to get some hamburgers. I felt so much more at ease now that I wasn't trying to deny how I felt about him every time that we are together. I held my backpack in my hands as I slowly tip-toed past my parents' bedroom before quietly opening my bedroom door. I cringed at the sound of the wood creaking but quickly closed it behind me. I held the doorknob for a few seconds after closing the door before jumping at the sound of someone behind me.

"Where have you been?" Gorya asked with her hands on her hips.

I placed a hand on my heart as I stared at her with a surprised expression.

"What do you mean?" I asked, trying to play dumb.

She slowly walked over to me before pulling out her phone and pointing at the time. I rolled my eyes at her justification before stepping around her and walking toward my bed. I placed my bag on the ground as I sat on top of my bed, running a hand through my messy hair. I watched as Gorya slowly made her way over to me before once again pointing at her phone.

"I was out with a friend,"

Gorya gave me a look of dissatisfaction before walking back toward her side of the room. She threw her phone on the pillow next to her before sitting down on her bed. She threw me a look of suspicion before letting out a small sigh.

"Are you being serious, were you actually out with a friend?" She asked me.

I gave her a look of annoyance before nodding at her words.

"Who else would I have been out with?" I asked her.

"I don't know, some member of the F4 or something like that," Gorya responded with a serious facial expression.

I looked down at the bracelet on my wrist as I thought about MJ and Ren, and how all three of us were somewhat becoming friends. Why wouldn't I be friends with the F4?

"What if I was friends with the F4?" I responded.

Gorya looked at me before letting out a loud laugh. She struggled to cover it up with her hand as she looked at our door, realizing that everyone else was probably asleep.

"You're not friends with the F4," She responded while shrugging her shoulders.

I looked at her with an offended expression before covering it up with a look of understanding. I was sure that she meant no harm by her words, but she wasn't realizing the implication of what she had been saying. Was she the only person in this family who could be friends with the F4? I held my hands up in defeat as I realized that this wasn't a fight that I could win, and that I would only be digging myself into a deeper hole. Suddenly, Gorya's phone started to vibrate with new notifications. I watched in curiosity as she picked up her phone, a small smile coming onto her face. She quickly typed something into her phone before throwing it back next to her, glaring at it from afar.
