At that moment, Emma didn't know what to do, the girl was frozen in place as she listened to Ray's footsteps getting closer and closer from down the hallway outside her bedroom door. Fear coursed through Emma's body as she listened to Ray's psychotic giggles. What was she gonna do!?

Jump out the window? No. She'd end up breaking a bone and besides, the windows were always locked unless you had Norman or his parents permission to open them.

Run out the door? No. Emma was too afraid to even try and Ray was getting closer and closer to the door.

Attack? No. Ray would definitely win against Emma, he was stronger and fought better then the girl, he was taught by his mother and stepfather after all.

Hide. Emma had to hide somewhere, that was her only option but, where? The closet? No. Ray would probably suspect she was in there. Under the bed?.....

Emma turned around and looked under her bed with a determined face. Emma then proceeded to quickly but, quietly hide under the bed, before she went under she grabbed the first thing closest to her that she could use as a weapon, it ended up being her alarm clock (Well, she couldn't look around her room for something because, that'll take too long and a shoe is too weak-). Once Emma was under the bed she held her alarm clock in one hand and covered her mouth so, if Ray were to come in he wouldn't hear her heavy breathing in fear.

Silence.

Ray had stopped giggling and stopped in front of Emma's bedroom door, Emma could clearly see his shadow outside of the door, making her heart beat faster to the point she could hear it in her ears. Emma then waited, she noticed how Ray was standing outside the door frozen from his shadow.

Suddenly, there was a soft knock on the door making Emma clench her teeth. "Emma...." Ray spoke quietly from outside the bedroom door in his normal voice, "p-please open the door" Ray then said in a broken voice making Emma close her eyes tightly and shake her head, he was lying and she knew it, that wasn't Ray anymore, this Ray was different. The feeling Emma had was fear when this Ray talked, as if she was gonna die the next second if she made any contact with this Ray.

"Emma....please....just open the door and-and we can have a little...conversation" Ray then said making tears start to build up in her eyes. The sound of that voice sound just like the old Ray making her want to get up, open the door and launch into his arms....especially since he sounded so broken.....but it was all fake.

Emma couldn't let Ray manipulate her and make her open the door, Emma knew something bad was gonna happen to her if she listened. Emma could just hear Norman's voice in the very back of her head.

"He only listens to me...."

Norman definitely fucked up Ray's mind to the point Emma and everyone else is not safe around Ray unless Norman was there. Emma almost screamed when her bedroom door was suddenly slammed open, Emma was too focused in her thoughts to focus on what was going on.

Emma watched with wide eyes as Ray walked in, since Emma was under the bed all she could see was Ray's feet to his ankles. Ray dragged his feet slowly as he walked in the room, "Emma....I know your in here!" Ray said in a psychotic voice making Emma want to just scream out in fear. Emma closed her eyes as tightly as she could.
