Dia's Secret

Diavolo was called in for work on the weekend, it made Doppio sad but it gave her a chance to walk around and eat what she wanted. Her favorite part of being home alone was she could get into stuff she wouldn't usually be allowed to get into. Doppio hung around Diavolo's door for a while after her sister left. Doppio hadn't been in Diavolo's room in a while, and she was still curious about what her sister had bought the other day that she was so protective of!
"Alright Dia let's see what you're hiding.." Doppio picked up a hairpin and picked the lock on Diavolo's door. She got the door open and peered inside, making sure Diavolo didn't have any security measures in place. She giggled at herself for that thought. Doppio walked inside and felt like she was in some kind of castle room. The bed was made with red blankets and black trimmings on the ends, the pillows matched perfectly. There was a canopy top with long sheer black curtains flowing off the sides.
It looked like a gothic paradise in her sister's room, there were even blackout curtains on the window. There were subtle red LEDs all around as well. She walked around the bed and opened the closet. There were lots of clothes Doppio had never seen Diavolo wear before. She looked through the beautiful dresses she saw, and eventually found a lace- Doppio squeaked and covered her eyes.
"Oh god Dia you- i- nope nope I'm out!" She closed the closet door, not wanting to see any more of that. She decided to look in a different spot to get rid of the memory of what she just saw.
She picked up a cute frog plushie that she remembers giving to Diavolo on her 23rd birthday. Doppio smiled at the memory, and set it on the bed.
She felt tempted to go through her sister's computer, but resisted for a bit. Eventually she found herself going back to it and looking through only a few things, strictly avoiding anything that could possibly ruin her innocence. She found a bunch of pictures of herself and Diavolo at the beach. Doppio found herself reminiscing a lot in this little adventure in her sister's room. She decided that she would ask Diavolo to go the beach with her again soon. Maybe she could invite the people she met at the mall a few weeks back! They do say the more the merrier! Doppio smiled at the thought and left the computer like it was when she found it. She decided that it was enough snooping around for the day, and walked out. She felt a little guilty for doing it, she was gonna come clean as soon as her sister came home anyways. Doppio wasn't the best at lying, and Diavolo could always see through her. She walked back into her room and hugged her octopus plushie. Then she had an idea. She pulled out her phone quickly and started searching for events to go to. She had remembered seeing all of those pretty dresses and thought that if she was going to die one day, that she would see her sister in one of those before it happens! She found an ad for an upcoming art show and decided it would be perfect. Diavolo loved art and had insisted it be on almost every wall in their house. Doppio looked at the admission prices. They were pricy but she would work extra hard to afford them when she went back to work in the morning. For now, she tuned on her tv and snuggled with her plushie. She watched a few movies while she waited for her sister to come home.
