After weeks of cold and rainy weather, the kingdom was finally graced with a sunny weekend. And just then the princess's horse-riding teacher fell ill, catching a cold, and couldn't attend the private class in the castle. Both the king and the prince were visiting the Southern kingdom and the queen never learned how to ride a horse - none of them could help her. So as the servant delivered the news about the teacher to the princess, who was fully dressed in white pants, black leather boots, gloves, and black jacket, she sighed in disappointment and took the reins to guide her horse back to its stable.

"And here I thought we could have some fun on this sunny day, Princess," Yona sighed again and petted the female horse, putting the animal back in its pit in the stable. She heard some commotion and turned her head to the source to see Chan trying to calm a large black horse.

"I see you have your hands full with that one, huh?" Yona asked, approaching the man and fussy animal. Upon seeing and hearing the princess, the black horse calmed down as if the girl's voice was a calm pill. "My Princess is always so calm and glorious," she spoke with pride and Chan burst into laughter. She was taken aback by that sudden sound. "W-what?" she asked, partly embarrassed.

"Are you serious?" Chan asked, holding his stomach, trying not to laugh more, "A princess named her horse 'Princess'?" he couldn't control himself and laughed more, almost falling on the ground.

"S-so what?!" Yona yelled, embarrassment making her voice crack. "W-what about yours? I bet it has the lamest name around!"

In a second Chan became serious as if he didn't spend the whole previous minute laughing out loud. He came to the black horse and patted its neck proudly. "This is Thunder, my loyal steed."

Princess Yona took a second to process but then her lips formed a straight line as she tried her hardest not to erupt like a volcano, laughing, and Chan's raised eyebrow didn't help. She let out the smallest cackle but looking at the black horse which had a specific white mark on its forehead made her bite her lip to try to suppress the rest of her laugh.

"What?" Chan asked and Yona finally gave up - she laughed the same as he did, holding her stomach with the laughing tears in her eyes. He let her laugh but frowned as it took her long to stop.

"Th-thunder?" Yona wiped the tears from the corner of her eyes, stuttering because of her chuckles, "J-just because he has a zigzag line on his forehead? H-how majestic... your loyal steed," she burst out laughing again.

Suddenly, the sun was blocked and a loud roar filled her ears so Yona immediately stopped laughing. Chan, in the saddle, pulled his black horse so it stood on its back legs, neighing loud. The whole sight looked intimidating and very much frightening.

"Do you think he's still a joke, princess?" Chan asked, controlling his horse really well. Yona apologized, taking a step back from the large animal that at the moment looked like a beast. "So, what are you doing at the stables? I never see you around here..." Chan asked, watching the princess from above.

"My horse-riding teacher just canceled today's class so I returned Princess early. I guess I'll go have a cup of tea..." Yona kicked the gravel under her feet. She really enjoyed riding in the Princess' saddle in nature.

"Where do you have your classes?" Chan asked and Yona looked up at him so he repeated the question.

"In the field just outside the castle grounds," the princess replied and Chan nodded, coming down from the horse. He opened the small pit door where Princess resided and started putting all needed equipment on the horse while Yona watched him.

"Let's go," Chan said shortly and came back to his horse. Yona didn't need additional explanation - she climbed and sat comfortably in the leather saddle of her horse.
