please note, for this as well as any dnn oneshot, ages have been moved around to make me feel less weird-  anyways, enjoy!!

Sapnap ran through the woods across the street from his house, out of breath from running so much. Earlier that afternoon he'd found a note taped to his locker: "meet me at our spot :)" It was from Dream, and Sapnap couldn't wait to see what his boy had this time.

Sapnap ducked under some low-hanging branches and entered the clearing he and Dream called theirs.

"Dream? Where are you, dork-?" Sapnap asked, being just the slightest bit loud.

He heard a snort come from behind him and he turned around to be faced by the tall boy.

"Hey, idiot," Sapnap teased, grinning.

"Hey yourself," the blond retorted, hugging Sapnap by the waist.

Sapnap smiled, shaking his head a bit. "What did you need, cutie?"

"You," Dream said, kissing Sapnap's neck softly. Sapnap sighed, relaxing into the other's touch.

"Then have me." Sapnap turned around and pressed a chaste kiss to Dream's lips. Dream smiled and kissed back, breaking the kiss after not too long.

"Guess what today is?" Dream asked, holding Sapnap close.

Sapnap rolled his eyes. "What's today?"

"Our first anniversary with George," Dream said, grinning.

Sapnap lit up. "Really? Are we gonna do something for him?"

"Of course, he's our boy," Dream stated, taking on a playful tone.

"God, you're ridiculous-"

"You love me for it~"

Sapnap laughed and smiled, giving Dream a peck on the cheek and separating from the hug. "So what're we doing for him? We doing a dinner or something?"

"Not this time. He likes simpler things."

"Where're we going, Sap..? This's the wrong side of town-" George noted, looking from the passenger window over to Sapnap.

"We're gonna take a detour! It's pretty over here this time of year anyway," Sapnap said, turning to look at his boyfriend.

George sighed and looked out the window again. Sapnap was right: this side of town was rather pretty.

After a little while, Sapnap pulled over onto the side of the road and parked the car. He quickly unbuckled his seatbelt and got out of the car. "Georgie! Come on, I wanna show you something!"

George hesitantly unbuckled and got out of the car as well. "Why're we stopping? We're going to be late, Sapnap-"

"No, we're not, actually," Sapnap stated, a slightly mischievous smile finding a place on his face. "We're going to be just on time."

George looked at Sapnap with half-lidded suspicion. "Sure..."

Sapnap went over to George, holding his hand out to the brit. George took it hesitantly, turning a faint pink. Sapnap smiled at his boyfriend and started leading him along a path leading into the woods. George looked around them in awe of all the different plants and things. Sapnap smiled and squeezed George's hand.

They continued walking for a bit, George occasionally stopping to look at something he thought was pretty. Eventually, Sapnap ducked under some branches, beckoning George to follow. The shorter boy did, finding himself in a familiar clearing, a picnic set up right in the middle with someone sitting there.

"Dream? What're you doing here? Weren't you going to meet up with us at the restaurant?" George asked, confusion clear on his face. He walked over to Dream, sitting down next to him. Sapnap followed, sitting on Dream's other side.

"Well, we're not actually going to a restaurant. We're going to have a picnic here," Dream said, smiling softly.

"Happy five years!" Sapnap cheered, grinning.

George lit up, smiling brightly. "Already? It sure hasn't felt that long..."

Dream leaned against George a little. "Mhm."

"And this... this's where you brought me for our first anniversary..." George whispered.

"Welcome to our spot, Georgie," Sapnap said, smiling.

George looked at Sapnap and Dream with pure joy. "I love you two."
