idk i was reading some trans sbi oneshots and had the urge to write a ranboo one- and then tommy just jumped at me as nd and not cis and this is what happened-

Ranboo was nervous. They had finally decided to tell Tubbo and Tommy that it was nonbinary.

He'd known for months now, he just didn't know how to say it. But Eret was kind enough to help Ranboo figure out what he was feeling.

"Hey, Tommy? Tubs?" Ranboo said while the trio was on call that evening.

"Yeah, Boo?" Tubbo responded.

Tommy looked up from his fidget toy. "Hm?"

"So, uh, there's something I've been meaning to talk to you guys about for a fair bit now..." Ranboo trailed off.

Tommy set his fidget toy on his desk and rocked from side to side.

"I'm... I'm not a guy, you two..." Ranboo said.

Tubbo looked confused. "You're trans then? She/her or something?"

"Uhm, no, I'm nonbinary..." Ranboo mumbled.

"Nonbinary? Is that what you said?" Tommy asked.

Ranboo nodded. "Yup."

"Pronouns?" Tommy asked, smiling a bit.

"They/it," Ranboo said, starting to smile.

"Oh cool! I use 'it' as one of my pronouns too!" Tommy exclaimed, bouncing up and down a bit.

Ranboo perked up. "Really?"

"Yeah! I use he/it/xe!" Tommy said.

Tubbo shook his head. "So Ranboo, you don't feel like a boy or a girl? And I should refer to you with they and them and it and its?"

"If you don't mind, of course," Ranboo said.

"I can do that. And Tommy, I refer to you with he or him or it or its or xe or, uh, xem, I think?"
Tommy nodded enthusiastically.

"Okay then!" Tubbo said, smiling.

Tommy and Ranboo smiled as well.
