Yamaha pushed open the doors of the conference room. Everyone who had half a brain noticed, and began to take their seats. The blonde plopped down beside his childhood best friend. Unfortunately, he had to nudge him awake. The always tired male grunted and pulled himself to sit up.

" So what is this for? " Nezu spoke up as he drank his lunch tea.

" I saw Bakugou running off to the dorms crying earlier," Yamaha told the group suddenly.

It shocked those at the table, even Aizawa was surprised. The tired male stared at his childhood friend, maybe trying to see all the things going through his head.

" A group of classmates had been- saying some not okay things down the hallway. We need to do something, I'm not entirely sure what, but something needs to be done. We need to be kinder to Bakugou too, with his voice control, something is going on and yelling at him all the time is making him feel worse! It's obvious! " Yamaha told the group, ranting more than he had intended to.

Aizawa placed a hand on the top of his thigh. He looked down to the table. His hands clenching. He couldn't let this happen to another person.

" I don't think he deserves any pity after all his behavior he's shown, " Nezu spoke up after a few moments of heavy silence.

" Please.. " Yamaha practically begged the principal.

" I understand why Yamaha is doing this, he went through the same thing and still does, " Aizawa defended his friend and his opinion.

" I trust him as well, " Midnight agreed.

" Maybe there is something going ok with his hearing, if you allow it, I could look at it. Of course, we'd have to convice Bakugou of that first, " Recovery girl suggested.

Unfortunately, the group of staff was mostly silent. All Might seemed to be the most silent out of the group. Maybe he was still processing? Yamaha wasn't entirely sure. He fidgeted with his hands and fingers, cracking and popping them as he sat there.

" Maybe we could did an anti bullying thing? Or take some time for classes to teach about speech and hearing issues? Bring awareness to it? " All Might finally suggested.

" That sounds like a good option," Nezu agreed before drinking more of his tea.

Yamaha smiled to himself. He felt as if he wanted to cry from relief, if he had to be honest. The fact he finally could get the school to do something about this was everything. No matter how hard he fought, even with his childhood friends, when he was a student no one ever listened or batted an eye.

" Sounds like a plan then, " Aizawa spoke, almost with a happy tone for his close friend.
