Chapter Sixteen

Thomas brings down the girl "guys this is Teresa" he says introducing her.

I smile and hold my hand out "Billie, just so you know I have more balls than any of these other boys so stick with me and you'll be fine because I'm running this town whilst Alby's out cold" I exclaim smiling.

She nods chuckling and shaking my hand "I remember you" she says.

I tense up "what do you remember?" I ask.

She turns to Newt "you guys were the cutest couple"

"I told you they hooked up!" Gally shouts and runs away.

I turn holding up my clenched fist "I'll get you Gally!" I scream angrily.

"Gally was your best friend too" she adds.

I smile "Well I guess we have that sort of relationship" I explain shrugging.

She smirks and smiles "But he was right, you guys did hook up once"

I scoff and tumble forward and into a Minho away from Newt "T...that didn't happen!" I explain.

She nods "yeah... It did"

I reckon my face is about blood red by now because the boys are laughing and pointing.

"That's enough" I shout.

Teresa is given proper introductions and then Flint runs over "what's up?" I ask cooly.

He pants "Alby's getting worse"

We run over to the Infirmary as fast as we can and crowd around Alby's bed. He's squirming against the restraints and screaming. Then he sees me and Tommy and screams even more.

"I think this will help him" Teresa says holding out an injection thing.

"What's in its?" Newt asks unsurely.

She shrugs "I don't know, but I'm pretty sure I was supposed to give it to you to help him"

"That could kill him" Gally protests. Only now do I realise he's present. I go to him and punch his gut and return to Alby's side.

"We don't really have a choice" I say.

I look at Flint "do it"

"I'll do it" Tommy volunteers and takes the serum.

Just as he's about to inject it Alby grabs his hand and begins to speak. Flint takes the serum and quickly injects it into Alby's chest.

He passes out like a light and the room is filled with silence "you didn't have to punch me" Gally mumbles.

I turn "I told you, I don't hook up with people"

"You hooked up with.."Teresa begins.

"Ok I get it!" I exclaim and a few people chuckle. I sigh "let's let him rest now guys"
