You're drinking some water, leaning against the counter as you watch T.V when there is a knock at the door. Nearly dropping the glass, you move quickly toward the door and open it up.

Sadly, it wasn't anybody with white hair and ocean-like eyes. Instead, you're met with a guy with dark hair and dark blue eyes. Very similar to Megumi's. "Sorry to bother you, I thought somebody else lived here." the man says and you stare at him, watching as he begins to turn away.

"It's okay, don't worry. Is there anything I could help you with?" you offer kindly, feeling bad considering the saddened expression across his face.

He turns slightly. "I wouldn't want to intrude. Are you sure?"

You nod, moving to the side so he can come inside. "Would you like something to drink?" you ask.

"I'll take some water," he says.

Walking into the kitchen, you get a glass and pour some fresh cold water into it. He comes into the kitchen, surprising you. "Somebody I used to know lived here."

"Oh really? My fiance and I got this place not too long ago," you say and slide the glass over to him.

This guy was ripped. He probably worked out a lot. And he inspected almost every inch of the place. It was quite odd. But you were sure that it was only because he was looking at the differences that have been made or something. "Fiance? That's nice. Where is he now?" he takes a sip of his water, looking at you.

You froze, feeling as if you were caught in a lie. But it's not like that at all. "Oh. Well, I don't know actually. I wish I did. Sorry."

"It's okay. You work out?" he noticed the weights you had left out.

"Oh, yeah. Everyday. I've been through a lot recently, so I think it's good that I protect myself. That way I don't depend on other people to do it for me." you explain and he nods in agreement.

The door opens, and Yuuji walks in. "Are you making dinner tonight?" he asks before realizing that somebody else was there. "Sorry."

"I should go." the guy says.

You look at him. "Oh, okay. Come by if you ever need anything else."

He grins. "I will, thank you."

You realize you didn't even get his name.

"Who was that?" Yuuji questions.

Turning, you look at him. "Oh, I don't even know. Just somebody who came by, thinking somebody else lived here."

Yuuji nods.

"And yes, I'll be making dinner soon. I just need to go down and do a couple of things. Maybe you can get the table set ahead of time?" you lift a brow and he smiles. "I'll bake cookies later too."

His smile was lighting up the room. You love him.

"Okay!" he beams.

As you smile, you leave the living room and find your way down to the basement and look over to make sure your targets are still up. Walking over to the table, you grab your gun and load it. You walk down and stare at the target before putting your gun into position, holding it carefully, and taking your shots.

The target fell down and you sigh.

When you feel like it's time, you'll finally start digging into where Gojou is. Or maybe it's time to give up on him. Maybe just look for your main targets. Mahito and Daisuke. You can't wait to get your hands on either of them. You want them to suffer for the pain they have caused you and your family.

You have distanced yourself from almost everybody. Even the kids barely recognize who you are anymore. But you spend most of your time down here, training to get better.

Every day you ask yourself...is it enough. But you just push through it. It seems revenge is the only thing that is keeping you going. You were weak before, and people got hurt because of you.

Despite the fact that your father is dead, his organization kept moving. And you only knew this information because you had interrogated Getou about it multiple times. You haven't even seen him in ages either. You wonder what he is doing around this time.

You finally know your next move.

Get more information from Getou and push your way through this. You're determined to finish this.

Walking over to put the gun away, you look up at the picture of you and Gojou. You miss being that happy. Tears are spilling from your eyes. Realization washes over you and you stop, standing up straight and swallowing hard.

"I'm going to get through this," you whisper to yourself calmly.

Raising your first, you punch the glass, watching as it shatters and falls to the ground. You take a deep breath and look at your hand. You're allowing your emotions to control your actions. It shows you're weak.

So you know you have to get better with that. But now you have a bloodied hand, that probably needs stitches now. If anything, you will just call over your mom's boyfriend and have him do it for you.

Your hand begins to sting and you curse to yourself. "Fucking idiot."
