With the fresh air hitting her face, Scarlett tried her hair in a ponytail, Jasper came out of the house, "Hiding from your hookup? But shut up and listen to this."

"I don't want to hear it, Jas. I can't get over how awkward it was for us to pretend we don't know what happened between us and just to avoid her. Although that would be hard with how cute she is. Damn I can't get over last night."

"This can be your chance to take her to get some lunch. Especially when I overheard her on the phone with someone that might be her ex just now."

"Please don't tell me I'm a homewrecker."

"No heard her calling her ex a cheating asshole. So I figured she's not with her ex anymore, just go have lunch with her and clear the air. I don't know do what you want, but who knows, maybe it would be great. But I know one thing, I love this house and I am making an offer for it."
Going back inside to Natalia calming herself down and grew a smile.

"I know that look, interested in the house? If not there's other houses we can look into that might be perfect for you."

"Actually I love this house and I can see so much what I can do to this place. I take it!"

"Perfect! I'll send the paperwork and everything would be set."

"Thank you so much." Excusing himself as he suddenly had a phone call, Jasper stepped away and let Natalia and Scarlett alone which wasn't the best idea but Scarlett cleared her throat and break the ice.

"So."

"So."

"So your a realtor and that sounds pretty cool with you meeting people and knowing so much about houses. Let's start again please? I never had a hookup turned into this before and I didn't know you were going to be here. Selling houses that is."

"I thought hookups were meant to be one time. Not seeing each other making things this weird and awkward. Sorry I didn't stay and chat, I really not this type of sleeping around, considering what happened."

"No it's alright. But let's introduced ourselves again and you want to grab some lunch? If not than that's totally okay."

"Lunch would be nice and yeah. Yeah we can get some lunch. Natalia Kennedy."

"Scarlett Cranston. We didn't use fake last names but real ones. So when are you free?"

"After I sent everything to your friend and than I'm free for the most of the day. I have some things to take care of but that can wait."

Setting up the paperwork and everything for the house that's been bought, after the sale, Jasper has now bought a house and off to celebrate, during the ride to get some lunch, Natalia used the time to find a place now that she can't go back living with Patrick. Going to a hotel will not be cheap, she has alot to think about and than there's another thing, her stuff from his place.
With Jasper making a few calls, leaving the women alone and talk, Scarlett noticed how stressed out Natalia is.

"You alright? I know I don't know you, we don't know each other but let's start that. I know your a realtor and you seem to love the job. I am a police officer."

"Are you now?"

"6 years now and it's been amazing. Being a police officer have been something I always wanted to do and I love it."

"What was the reason to be a police officer?"

Scarlett softly smiled and a winked, "That's another time, so a realtor. What made you go into real estate?"

"Well for one thing I love some styles in houses, I find them really nice and beautiful. Very different house that has a some kind of story. And I get to meet different people and learn what they want. I used to work in a museum before switching to real estate."
Natalia's phone light up and she looked so happy, a sign of relief, "Good news?"
