Reel In

Natalia has been working on her laptop for a while now, she was busy that she didn't notice the time, it was almost 7 and decided to make some dinner. She invited Scarlett however she was working and won't be able to make it, she was fine so she decided to invite Racheal. She texted her but no reply, she decided to see her and went to her apartment, the door was open, she invited herself in.

"Hey Racheal? You home? Racheal?" She noticed some clothes on the floor and immediately knew what was happening, "Okay I'll be back."
However before she could leave, she heard yelling and arguing, Natalia jumped, she turned to a bat on the wall, deciding to grab it to get ready whoever is causing trouble, and it was some guy, grabbing his clothes while Racheal yelled, "Get the hell out, Holt! Now!"

"You used to love it rough!"

"Get out! Now!"

"You heard the girl. Out! Now!" Holding the bat, he scoffed and left the apartment, Natalia slammed the door and hurried over to Racheal, she had just a shirt and shorts on, "Hey you okay? What happened?"

"Nothing. Just being a damn asshole as always." Annoyingly groaned and frustrated, Natalia went to get some water for her, "Here drink. It's alright now. Guess I don't have to ask why you guys have a bat on the wall and why I just noticed it."

"Whenever we want to get rid of people we don't feel comfortable or want in our place anymore. Don't tell Lilith or Scarlett I brought my ex here, I don't want to hear them lecturing."

"Got it. So if you don't mind, what happened? It's okay if you're not ready, sorry again if I'm overstepping."

"I like it rough. Because it's fun and exciting but the asshole grabbed my neck and I reacted and punched him in the face. Bastard knows I hated that and of course he doesn't listen."

"That's the ex husband?"

"Unfortunately yes. Met him earlier at the store, he was now single, I didn't want to know anything but like always, he charmed and knew how to make me feel so we went back here and did our thing with our steamy time. Seriously don't tell Lilith or Scarlett about it."

"I won't. Has he been like that? Knowing you voiced your concerns?"

"Sometimes he doesn't do that but once he smokes, I can't so it's over. I sure know how to pick him, meeting him for the first time at the party was exciting and thrilling. We hooked up that same night and became a thing real quick. We have history. His family was the worst, so we spent so much together. To piss them off, we planned to eloped when we graduated highschool and leave home in the middle of the night, it was honestly thrilling, marrying and having a huge party with our friends who were there."

"Pretty young but guess it could be a memory to tell some people. Together for 3 months and what got you guys to decide to end it?"

"Well we fought a lot, we stayed with a friend and live with them for a bit, we partied and some drugs, my parents kept calling just to argue and demanded to end the marriage, we were too young so it made me continued the marriage even though we fought a lot. It wasn't the best or healthiest relationship but we stayed, even though he cheated a few times, so payback I hooked up with two of his best friends and his brother. I don't do that anymore."

"Did that ended the marriage."

"No it was the car, he had this junk of a car and we were supposed to go to a party but it broke down and he blamed it on me, stupid asshole. Three months of marriage, we got that annulment and I couldn't go back to my parents so I stayed with my friend, it was crazy. Lilith and Scarlett don't like him because they don't want me to get hurt. They hate him because he doesn't know boundaries, can be arrogant, cocky, and asshole, especially for Scarlett, she doesn't like him due to him having a record."
