Later that night after a shift, Natalia was doing some work on her laptop when Scarlett entered the place, "I brought some takeout and don't worry, no funny business just good company with some incredible Thai food. Hope you love Thai."

Natalia smiled, stretching, "Smells incredible and thank you, the others are busy at the moment."

Scarlett nodded, "Just the two of us, enjoying some food and talking shit about anything, about people we work or come across." The two took out some drinks and enjoyed an evening of food and hanging out, laughing and chatting away with whatever comes out of their day. Natalia remembered about wanting to know more about Trishana so she bit the bullet and asked, "Hey I understand it's not a great moment to remember but, it's about Trishana. How did you meet her?"

Scarlett paused for a moment, her smile fading slightly at the mention of Trishana's name. She took a deep breath and spoke softly, "We met at a club, actually. It was a few years ago. She was dancing, and I couldn't take my eyes off her. She was so beautiful and confident. We started talking, and it was like a spark between us. We hit it off right away." Scarlett sighed, "More like I felt a spark as I see it now, I don't know. But she was so damn gorgeous, I definitely had a thing for her and I really liked her."

Natalia nodded, "I can see why you were attracted to her. She sounds like a very captivating person. Did you start dating right away?"

Scarlett softly chuckled, remembering everything about her time with Trishana, sighing heavily, "I perused her, I wanted to get to know her and wanted to be with her, of course I heard about her reputation. How incredible and exotic dominatrix she was, how so damn good she was. Thus I was very determined to get to know and want her even more. I didn't know much about that life but I started learning. Yet I wasn't experienced but I went for it. I wanted her so bad I was willing to be part of that world, she was surprised but impressed, I can still remember that interaction and everything about it with her. Started dating her a month later and being with her was such a wild and adventurous experience." Natalia noticed the change in Scarlett's mood now, she was both enamored by Trishana but the same time saw some sadness in her eyes. Knowing what she knows now about Trishana, she still broke Scarlett's heart.

Scarlett sighed, "Looking back at it now, I should've known she didn't quite feel the same way. Or never felt the same way from the beginning but I don't know. I gave her everything, everything in that relationship, to the point I really did saw a future with her. They were right about being blinded by love, you ignored the red flags, I ignored the warnings from everyone who knew Trishana, personality and professionally. That she would never reciprocated the same way about me."

Natalia softly smiled, "I can definitely understand that. The red flags I ignored early in my relationship with Patrick."

Scarlett sip of her drink, "You just don't care about any of that because it didn't matter at the moment. Just in love with the person. With Trishana, I guess I just imagined her being in love with me. Guess deep down it wasn't true, I bought a ring, and during that time, Lilith and Racheal, seeing it now, they didn't quite like Trishana. And was hoping I wouldn't go along with proposing but I did. I was so excited to spend it with her, however it didn't happen and she just up and left with all of her stuff and leaving the ring. And never heard of her for a year."

Natalia was stunned, "For a year you never heard from her? And you were engaged! That's so devastating."

Scarlett chuckled, rolling her eyes, "Get this, I mustard the courage to snoop her social media with Lilith and Racheal discouraging me but I had to know. And it broke me even more to find out she was just... The bitch was in Greek, Hawaii, Turks and Caicos, partying like the time we had together meant completely nothing. And even more I feel like shit is with people who warned me about Trishana, who knew her, just said I told you so."
