I stood in the kitchen cooking with Mari and Kahlil. We are having brunch and Tre's coming over to spend time with the kids before he leaves.
I set up the table outside with help from Mir while Tinker and Mari went to get dressed. I made sure everything was covered before heading back inside.
I went upstairs taking a shower and getting dressed in some light blue jeans a laced white shirt with my Fendi sandals. I put my hair into a sleek back ponytail.
"Dee your companies here" Jamila said walking into the room. She decided to work today even thought I told her she didn't have to.
"Okay I'll be down in a sec" I said going to Daylon's room. I got him dressed in some jeans and a shirt with some white Jordan's. I combed out his hair and put it into a man bun.
Bubba was already downstairs ready so I didn't have to get her ready. I grabbed Day and made my way downstairs.
I put him down letting him follow behind me as I walked outside where Tre and the kids sat at the table.
"Hey" I smiled taking a seat
"Wussup" he smirked "Wussup little man" Tre said taking Day as he laughed and screamed.
After praying we all filled our plates up with food and begin eating.
"So momma told us about last night" Mya smiled
"Yeah we talked" he smirked glancing at me as I kept my eyes on my plate
"Did y'all enjoy y'all selfs?" Mir asked
"Yeah" I said and Tre agreed
"Mya I heard you've been getting in trouble since y'all moved out here" Tre said looking at Mya who now sat quietly
"Only because these bitches be tryna start stuff with me like I literally be minding my business at school" she said
"Aye language" I said glaring at her
"Sorry momma"
I nodded letting them continue their conversation.
I fed Day until he was full. After eating Tre helped me clear the table while the kids did whatever.
"I'll help you wash the dishes" he said
"No it's fine. I'm going to wash them you can go spend time with the kids" I said clearing off the counters
"Now we both know they is not tryna be bothered with me. They be too busy on they phones" he said
"Not the little ones" I laughed pointing at the hyper crew in the back yard
"Mmcht if you wanna get rid of me just say that"
"I couldn't get rid of you even if I tried" I laughed
"What that mean?" he asked walking backwards out the kitchen
"You know exactly what it means" I said starting on the dishes as he went outside
"Family's back together I see" Jamila said walking into the kitchen as I was putting the last dish up
"Actually no" I said washing my hands I grabbed Tre and the kids a drink before heading over to the big glass doors.
"Kids here" I yelled watching as they ran over to me. I handed them each a caprison and helped Day with his.
"Here you go" I said handing Tre a bottle of water
