I got off the treadmill wiping the sweat off my forehead with the towel around my neck. I grabbed my water bottle heading out the gym.
I walked in the kitchen seeing the kids and Dee dressed eating breakfast.
"Good morning family good morning baby" I said kiss Dee's cheek.
"Good morning" they said back
"You leaving?" I asked Dee
"Yeah I should be back in a few hours" she said putting her empty coffee mug in the sink. "Y'all let's go" she said grabbing her purse and keys.
"Bubbas upstairs in our room sleep" she said kissing my lips. "Aight see you later have good day I love you" I said pulling her closer to me.
"Stop your sweaty but you too I love you too baby" she kissed my lips again before heading towards the door. I said bye to the kids then headed upstairs taking a shower.
I got out putting on some black true religion jeans with a wife beater. I put on my white balenciaga sneakers. I put my chains on and some of my cologne.
I woke Bubba up and fed her then got her ready in a Gucci track suit. I combed her hair and packed her diaper bag.
I made sure I had everything before heading downstairs. I grabbed my gun out the safe putting it in my jeans then I grabbed the keys off the key holder. I walked out the house locking the door behind me and heading to the car.
I buckled Bubba in then got in starting the car and pulling off. I hit up my homie asking if he wanted to go somewhere with me he said yeah so I went to pick him up.
I picked him then we headed to the mall I grabbed Auna a bracelet with her name engraved on it. I got the other kids somethings as well.
After the mall we headed to get some food. I pulled up and got Bubba out. We got sat at a table and I sat Bubba in my lap.
"Wussup little mama" Kel said to Bubba making her babble. I chuckled looking over the menu.
We ordered then soon got our food and drinks brought to us.
"How's things going with you and Dee?" he said dipping his fry in ketchup before putting it in his mouth.
"We're good" I nodded smirking "How you and Casely" I asked feeding Bubba.
"We're good, Isabelle turns 2 in a few days so Cas been running around tryna get her party set up"
"How my goddaughter doing I ain't seen her in a while" I chuckled
"She coo bad as hell" he sighed sounding stressed
"She that bad?" I laughed. "Nigga shut up" he chuckled.
After eating we paid the bill then headed out the restaurant. We stepped outside and all hell broke loose. Bullets were flying everywhere.
I quickly covered Bubba shielding her as I ran to the car with Kel behind me shooting back. I got to the car putting Bubba in and then getting in. Kel got in and I sped off.
"Yo, what the fuck you got enemies ?" he said
"No all that shit should be left in New York" I said looking back to make sure nobody following us.
I pulled up to the house and we got out. I looked up at the house seeing it shot up.
"Yo Dee is going to gonna fucking kill me" I said putting Bubba back in. "Fuck" I yelled closing the door
