I was currently driving to my moms since she wanted to have Sunday dinner with all of us like old times. I pulled up parking then grabbing my keys, and purse before getting out. I rung the doorbell waiting for someone to answer a few seconds later Tay answered.
"Hey ugly" I said giving him a hug before walking in
"Wussup sis" he said
We walked in the living room where everyone was.
"Hey everyone" I said speaking before sitting down
Everyone spoke back
"Girl you glowing, you pregnant?" Carmen asked causing everyone to look at me
"Hell nah, but Ty been trying to get me pregnant, but you already know I got that plan b on stand by. Four is enough for me" I said causing them to laugh, but I was being dead ass
"Twins,Mya, Kahlil y'all momma here" my mom yelled causing them to run in the house from outside
"Hi babies" I said putting Mya on my lap along with Kahlil as the twins sat beside me
"We missed you" Mari said
"I missed y'all too" I said hugging them
They stayed by me for a good hour before going back outside.
"Dee can I talk to you" Jahmir said
I put Kahlil down only for him to cry causing me to pick him back up. I followed Jah upstairs into a room so we can talk.
"Wussup" I said closing the door behind me
"Uhm I want you in the kids to move back out here" he said
"Nah Jahmir we doing good in Atlanta I ain't finna keep moving them around we good where we at" I said shaking my head
"I ain't ask allat y'all moving out here or i'm taking yo ass to court for full custody"
"The fuck you mean court?" I said getting loud
"I mean what I said"
"Jahmir stop fucking playing with me. You want to take me to court cause I don't wanna move back out here? that's stupid ass fuck I let you see the kids so what's the problem? not like i'm keeping them from you" I said fixing Kahlil on my hip
"Diora I only see them over summer, and shit. You have work most of the time so I rarely see them. I said what I said either move back out here or i'm taking you to court" he said
"Yea cause yo ass never fucking catch a plane to Atlanta. You catch a flight everywhere else, but to Atlanta to see yo kids I ain't gotta be the only one to make an effort for you to see them their your kids too. I work to provide for me, and my kids if I don't who gon take care of us?" I asked
"Me" he said sounding like that was the best idea
"Nigga I ain't finna depend off no nigga for shit. You wanna take me to court go ahead you ain't gon win the fucking case you always on some dumbass shit I swear." I said
"Aiight i'll let my lawyer know by tomorrow" he said
I looked at him with tears in my eyes
"You for real?" I asked
"Yea" he said
"Bet i'll have my lawyer notified by tomorrow" I said walking out the room
"Dee just move back out here we ain't gotta do all this"
"Who's we nigga you decided to do all this so don't sit here, and say we like I decided to take you to court for custody too" I yelled in his face
"Mane aiight I guess this how it's gon be"
"Yeah I guess so" I said walking past him, and going downstairs
"What's going on?" my mom asked
I put Tinker down, and sat on the couch crying
"He tryna take me to court for full custody of the kids" I said crying harder
"What the fuck why" Jordyn asked coming to sit by me pulling me in her chest
"Cause I don't want to move back out here like why would I ? everything is going great for us in Atlanta the kids go to a great school they have friends, and I have a great job" I said wiping my tears
"Mommy" Mari said coming up to me
"Yes" I said tryna hide the fact I was crying
"What's wrong?" she asked
"Nothing baby, but go get yo brother, and Mya so we can go" I said
"Okay" she said running off
"Your leaving?" my mom asked
"Yeah sorry mom I gotta get me a lawyer before it's too late, and I don't feel like being around anyone right now. No offense" I said standing up
"I understand let me know if you can't find one me, and your dad will help you" my mom said
I nodded grabbing my purse, and Kahlil's hand the kids came back inside, and we headed outside to the car I put them in then got in pulling off.
I pulled up to the house letting the kids out. I went inside heading up to my room I laid on the couch in here just closing my eyes, and thinking about everything.
Why the fuck is he tryna get full custody. I still let him see the kids I never said I was gonna stop letting him see them this shit is so fucking random. I hope I win this case cause if I don't I swear I don't what I would do.
I sat up grabbing my laptop to to find a good lawyer. Once I was done doing what I had to do I got in the shower etc before going to make dinner for the kids.
