After dinner I was still really tired, so with a full tummy and sleeping brain I slowly walk up the stairs and into my bedroom, Nixon following after me with a smile on his face, ha he thinks this is funny, I'll Cuddle him to death and see if he thinks it's still funny.

A thought suddenly comes to my mind. The big bad demon wolf, feared by all, just threatened to Cuddle someone to death. I swear this mate of mine has turned me into a big bad teddy bear. I don't know whether this is a good or bad thing but it's something. Hey at least I have my sister and mate, the only people I need in my li-

"SILVER GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE WE HAVE COMPANYYYYY" yells Akira. Oh for the love of freakin freckled jesus, can't a guy get some sleep around here without having to deal with anyone? A day is all I ask. One full day of sleep then I'd be able to deal with the biggest pack in the world but no! I can't.

Groaning I saunter my way downstairs taking my sweet ass time to get there. Hey no rush they can wait for me to make my way down.

Once I reach the front door where Kira is, I see a guy standing on the front porch, damn is all I can think. With black hair with an undercut, blue gray eyes, nose piercing, black beanie, just barely shorter than me, did I mention deathly pale?

"uh.... Well, I heard from some people that you guys are starting a pack? That you don't care who they are as long as they aren't psycho killers or anything...? " he looked at me questioningly with... an almost hopeful expression? I can't turn this guy down who am I kidding. But by the sounds of it a certain someone has been running her mouth where she shouldn't be. Turning I glare at Akira and she sits there scratching the back of her head.

"haha... Ahhhh well you see.... " she turned bright red trying to figure out what to say. I shake my head and hold up a hand to silence her.

" Kira we'll discuss it later." tuning back to the guy I nod and smirk. "Yeah, your welcome to join, might as well seeing as by the sounds of It there's going to be more coming in. You welcome to, this house is big enough so come on in. I'm Silver, Alpha of this pack and you are?" I hold out my hand and he accepts.

"The names Aiden, but there's one detail you might want to know. I'm not a werewolf, I'm a demon. I'm done with their bullshit and just want a peaceful life. I heard about this place and figured this would be as good of place as any. " he looked at me with knowing eyes. Thank god he didn't say the three words that could ruin me - Just like you. Nix would kill me. Dammit this is getting harder!

After Akira showed Aiden to his room he came down the stairs towards me.

"We need to talk, follow me. " I said with an all too serious tone. This shit could ruin me if I don't think it through properly. I walk into the forest knowing he's right behind me. I sweep out my senses to make sure everyone is still in the house. Thankfully it seems both are watching tv.
"try and keep up, I know you can. " I said in a bored tone. I'd much rather be with my mate and sister right now. Running towards a clearing far enough away that neither Kira nor Nix could find us. Stopping I walk over to a small stream on the outskirts of the clearing and stair at the small bugs flitting across the water.

"you obviously know what I am and I know what you are so the only question left is why you are here, there must be something more to the story than what you told the others, a demon could easily make himself blend into the scenery, go to a fairly populated city, and live our his life happily if he just so wanted to, so why are you here and what to you want with us?" I turned to look at him with my arms behind my back, standing strait, letting my demon side turn my eyes blood red. I could see it had effect on him, but he quickly covered it and smirked.

"I just wanted to see the famous demon wolf that seems to have the need of hiding away from the rest of society." he said with a smirk.

Grumbling I walked away.
