"The police are looking for me, I don't have much time."Muhammad sighed running his palm over his face.
"We do, I just have to stage one more drama in front of Hisham's family, then...."
Muhammad cut in, "No."
Layla stared at him, for the first time she couldn't read the expression on his face.
"We've to act as fast as possible for that we need to change the whole plan."
Layla arched her brows quizzically at him. She wondered what plan Muhammad was talking about. "What???"She half-yelled her eyes going wide. "After we're almost done with the plan, now you want to change it?"
Muhammad sighed holding Layla's hands in his. For some odd reason Layla felt at peace by his gesture. "I know but you've to understand we don't have much time, we've to run away from here, in fact we are leaving the whole country."
Layla gasped her hands slipping away from his grip. "How? I mean we can't stay together, we aren't married yet."she paused and heaved a sigh. "Instead of running away why not gather all the evidence and prove your innocence to everyone, that way we will stay happy for the rest of our lives."
Muhammad stared at her, and thought; she is so naive.
"Finding the evidence that will prove my innocence isn't going to be easy at all, they've managed to get rid of them. The only option is running away from here."Layla nodded briefly, processing everything in her head before speaking up.
"Okay fine, but we can't stay together Muhammad, I know we did so many things but I can't stay with a ma...."
Muhammad cut in, "But we love each other right?"Layla nodded quickly. "That's enough for us."
"Muhammad I d..."
Muhammad cut in again, "Just do as I tell you to okay, and leave the rest to me."
Layla unwillingly nodded, what Muhammad is telling her to do is hard and out of her values and principles, and also not permissible in Islam. She sighed rubbing her palm over her face.
"You've your international passport with you right?"Muhammad questioned, breaking the awkward silence.
"Yeah, why?"
"I'll tell you."

Layla nervously rubbed her sweaty palms against each other, the memories of how her mother and siblings threw her out of the house without pity. She agreed that it wasn't right for her to get pregnant without being married but isn't she their own, she still can't believe her own blood, her own mother did that too her, they should've at least spare her a listening ear, but no, they threw her out as if she was a piece of rag.
Never in her lifetime has she ever thought that she would come back to that particular place where she had been humiliated, and thrown out, but that's the only way for her to get the money which Muhammad had asked her to steal. She will do anything for Muhammad, she will even risk her life and self respect.
She gulped hard before proceeding to knock on the door to get their gateman's attention. The gateman opened the door and immediately his eyes landed on her, his mouth went wide, he was surprised to see her.
