(they're in school and this is not continuing from the previous ones)
Ben slammed Gwil's locker, almost trapping his fingers in it
"Where is Joe?" Ben asked
"How am I supposed to know?!" Gwil sneered back
"You walk to school with him, you know why he's not in. Where is he?" Ben asked again
Ben wasn't pushy. Today however he was
Joe and Ben were in the same friend group with their friend Gwilym, Gwil for short, Rami, Rami's girlfriend, Lucy and Allen. However, Joe had always seemed closer with Rami as they grew up together and Ben always seemed closer with Gwil so it was weird when one day Ben was suddenly freaking out over Joe not being in school
"Why are you being so clingy to him?" Gwil asked suspiciously, "You're not...are you?"
Did he know? Ben said in his head
"What?" Ben was on edge now
"Doing drugs?" Gwil said quieter, Ben sighed in relief
"God no, it's just that we have double science today and he sits next to me so we talk" Ben told Gwil laughing
It wasn't exactly the truth but then again, it was.
"Ohh okay" Gwil laughed a little "He's been ill, he specifically told me not to tell you so you didn't hear this from me" Gwil said taking the last thing out of his locker to walk away
He was ill? He didn't tell me? Why wouldn't he tell me? Ben started to over think
"Wait!" Ben grabbed Gwil's arm "Why didn't he wanting me knowing?"
Gwil just shrugged his shoulders and left
Ben was left at Gwil's locker which happened to be right next to Allen's, who surprisingly showed up to to school for once
"Ello Ben!" Allen spoke loudly in Ben's ear
"Fucking hell! Al don't do that!" Ben chuckled
"Sorry mate you just seemed out of it" Allen laughed back
"Yeah sorry just uh, thinking" Ben said
"First time? Mum must be proud" Allen joked while a small giggle
"Fuck off!" Ben pushed Allen
"Language, Mr Hardy!" Mr May scolded walking passed Ben causing him to flip off Mr May when he passed the two, which then made Mr Taylor laugh as he walked passed
"No, I'm only joking. What's got you looking so out of it today?" Allen finally said shutting his locker, leaning on it
Joe.
"Just someone" Ben smiled at the ground like a school girl
"Ooh who's the lucky guy!" Allen stopped leaning on the locker
Allen was the only one to know that Ben is bisexual, male leaning. That's how he knew it was a guy. It's not that he didn't trust the other guys enough, he just wanted to do it in his own time.
"Oh you wouldn't know them" Ben lied
"No come on! You have to tell me now!" Allen pushed at him for an answer. Luckily for Ben, the bell rang
"We have to get to class, I'll tell you later!" Ben said but was stopped by Allen
"It's only science, it's boring let's skip. Anyway today we don't have Joe" Allen
Ben smiled at his name, and this did not get ignored by Allen
"Oh my god! Joe! YOU LIKE JOE!" Allen shouted causing attention to be on them
