Slight age gap. Zamora is 23, Seokjin is 27
Zamora holds up different dresses to her body as she stands in the mirror. She isn't sure which one that she likes better. The blush pink one with thin straps or the all back one with no straps.
They're both dating material but the black one is a little ruched by the cleavage for design. The pink one is ruched at the sides.
The real question is... which one will get her into less trouble? She stares at herself in the mirror before deciding for the safer option. Arguing with these men is not something that she feels like doing today.
They don't care if she shows skin, she's an adult. But they have watched her grow into said adult. and would prefer if she didn't dress so provocatively at events where men tend to stare.
It does nothing but put them all on edge.
Namjoon is usually the one to say something, asking politely at first if they'd keep their eyes and lustful looks to themselves.
Taehyung prefers to watch them sweat. Staring at them while they stare at her. They'll press him as if he's the problem and when he addresses the issue of the situation, he asks what makes them think he's going to let them leave with her. He's not one for tight screws. The glint of psychotic protection in his eyes usually wards them.
And Seokjin... he gives very direct and blunt confrontation. He's never been one to beat around the bush. Maybe it's the businessman in him. He's not rude, though if you read enough into his mannerisms, you'd notice the subtle threats in his words and body language.
Zamora is not someone that they are easily willing to give up. She's been on dates, she's allowed to go out. They don't treat her like a child, they know that she's a grown woman. They just feel obligated to make sure that she's safe at all times.
They saved her life when she was just 17. They were young men raising a teenager. By their father's wishes and his money money, they made sure that she was taken care of. They stayed out of the life that got him incarcerated and instead made something better of themselves as he wished for them to do.
Now they're esteemed men and bachelors in the city. They've put themselves and Zamora through college. Now it's nearing the end of her university days and she has been invited to many celebrations.
Hence why her being so picky with dresses matters. She can't show up to the events wearing just anything.
Nor can she show up with just anyone.
She puts on the black dress and some heels that she recently bought. She checks herself in the mirror a final time, swinging her 30 inches over her shoulder.
Walking down the stairs, she twirls the strap of her clutch around her fingers.
"There you are. Why are you taking so long?" Taehyung looks her up and down before narrowing his eyes.
