tubbo and tommy have been best friends + brothers since the day tommy was born, as soon as they met they were instantly destined to be brothers. just as tommy turned two years old the boys were taken away from their parents by social services and put into foster care.
the boys had bounced around from house to house but no matter where they stayed after a few weeks they were kicked out, mostly because of tommys behaviour but tubbo never complained and every time tommy apologised he would immediately shut the younger boy up as he knew he didn't mean it.
of course, the boys had their rough times but always stuck together and promised each other it would stay like that forever no matter what and so far their promise has been kept.
being so young when abandoned the two had never got to know their parents well meaning that tubbo was left to look after tommy, although they had social workers and staff at the home all around them he still felt some sort of duty to protect his younger brother although they were barley even a year apart.

many of you have probably already read my sbi book but if you haven't, i do recommend it as people seem to like it!
